Step 2: Hotels Review Your Offer
Hotels receive your offer and evaluate it against their available inventory and pricing strategy. Each hotel independently decides whether to accept, counter, or decline.
Step 3: Hotels Respond
Hotels respond within 24-72 hours:
- Accept — agrees to your price exactly
- Counter — proposes a slightly higher rate
- Decline — passes on your offer
Step 4: We Negotiate on Your Behalf
For counteroffers, our team negotiates with hotels to close the gap between your offer and their counter. We push to get you the lowest possible rate.
Step 5: You Compare Responses
View all responses on your dashboard. Compare accepted prices, counteroffers, hotel locations, and amenities. Choose the deal that works for you.
Step 6: You Book Directly
Once you choose an offer, you book directly with the hotel. hotelhaggle facilitates the negotiation but does not process the booking.
