After logging in, your dashboard shows all your name-your-price requests and the hotel responses you have received.
Viewing Your Requests
Each request appears with key details:
- Destination and dates
- Your offered price
- Hotel responses (accepted, countered, or declined)
- Current status
Tracking Hotel Responses
When hotels respond, their offers appear under the corresponding request. Compare accepted prices and counteroffers side by side to find the best deal.
Cancelling a Request
If your plans change, cancel from your dashboard. The $2 processing fee is non-refundable, but cancelling stops additional hotel responses.
