The venue event object reads a start of 2027-01-29 and an end of 2027-01-31. This article uses 2027. Embassy Suites at 110 West Washington Street offers a skywalk walk to the center and a ten-minute walk to Lucas Oil Stadium. Crowne Plaza at 123 West Louisiana St. sits within walking distance of Lucas Oil Stadium and Gainbridge Fieldhouse, with two full-service restaurants off the lobby, and its link carries IHG group code C7Q.
The Crowne Plaza link stores an arrival month of 00 against a check-out of January 1. A request built from that link needs its dates set by hand, and the property should confirm them.

Registration deadlines set the booking clock

The new skywalk hotel misses this weekend
Signia by Hilton Indianapolis accepts reservations for stays beginning February 1, 2027. The property carries 800 rooms and direct skywalk access to the convention center. That start date falls the day after this meet ends, so the 800 rooms join the competing inventory for February events.
Set the two numbers

January carries $114, which is 11 percent under that average. February carries $107, which is 16 percent under, and May carries $158, which is 23 percent over. No source on this row publishes a per-night rate for January 29 or January 30 at any of the three official hotels. The $114 January figure is a city-month average, and it is the only measured number the sources give.
