The WWETT Show runs February 22 to February 25, 2027 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. The venue forecasts 14,000 attendees. The organiser splits the week into a conference from February 22 and an expo hall from February 23 to February 25.
The organiser publishes a hotel gallery through onPeak, its endorsed housing provider. That gallery lists 23 downtown properties for the event window. The read on 22 September 2026 returned published rates from $169 a night at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Indianapolis Dtn-Conv Ctr to $270 at the Conrad Indianapolis. The mean of the 23 published rates is $223, and the midpoint of the band is $219.50.
Fourteen thousand against seven thousand one hundred
The venue publishes its downtown inventory on every page it serves. Indianapolis holds 7,100 hotel rooms downtown, and 4,700 of those connect to the Convention Center by skywalk. The 14,000 forecast attendees amount to about 197 percent of the downtown room count. That ratio sets the buyer position.
Where the weight sits

The distance ladder
The gallery publishes a distance to the hall for every property. Three sit 0.1 miles out: Hyatt Regency Indianapolis at $243, Le Méridien Indianapolis at $213 and Signia by Hilton Indianapolis at $265. Those three average $240.
Six sit 0.5 miles out: Holiday Inn Express at $169, Hilton Garden Inn at $190, Fairfield Inn & Suites at $214, SpringHill Suites at $226, Sheraton City Centre at $238 and JW Marriott at $260. Those six average $216.
Distance does not fix the rate. JW Marriott Indianapolis quotes $260 at 0.5 miles, and Le Méridien Indianapolis quotes $213 at 0.1 miles. A buyer who reads distance alone misses that pair.
The Sunday night rewrites the list
The gallery answers by date, and the answer moves with the arrival night. A Monday, February 22 arrival draws on 22 of the 23 properties, because JW Marriott Indianapolis lists no rooms for that night. A Sunday, February 21 arrival draws on 20. Marriott Indianapolis Downtown and The Westin Indianapolis list no rooms for the Sunday night, and JW Marriott lists none either.

Setting a walk-away number
The gallery publishes one figure per property, an average nightly event rate. No source reviewed for this piece publishes a group discount, an attrition floor, a cut-off date or a deposit term for any of the 23 properties. The organiser publishes a hotel team telephone number and an email address instead.
The floor is $169, and that number is the anchor. The midpoint of the band is $219.50. The mean of the 23 rates is $223. A target below $219.50 sits below both measures.
The band spreads $101 from floor to ceiling. Three nights at the floor cost $507, and three nights at the ceiling cost $810.
The endorsed provider warning
The organiser names onPeak as its only endorsed hotel provider. Its hotel page states that no other hotel company or travel agency is authorised to place reservations for the show, and that reservations made through another agency cannot be guaranteed. The same page warns of additional charges, incorrect hotel placement or inflated rates for other participants.
That page also states that onPeak rates average 30 percent below other travel sites, and it lists no up-front cost, changes without penalty before the show, and group reservation tools for the block organiser.
The ask
Set the number before the request goes out. Anchor on the $169 floor and on the $216 average of the 0.5-mile group. Ask each property to meet the number, and ask it to state its terms in the response: the room type behind the rate, the cancellation deadline, any deposit it holds, and the parking charge for the nights you need.
