Six Contracted Hotels at Music City Center
3DEXPERIENCE World 2027 runs February 14 to 17 at Music City Center, 201 Rep. John Lewis Way S in Nashville. Dassault Systemes publishes six contracted hotels on the accommodations page of the event registration site. Every listing carries an attendee rate and a measured distance to the hall.
Drury Plaza at 300 Korean Veterans Blvd posts $254 plus tax at 0.3 miles. Hilton Garden Inn at 305 Korean Veterans Blvd posts $279 plus tax at 0.3 miles. Home 2 Suites and Tru share the address 500 Rep. John Lewis Way S and each posts $219 plus tax at 0.3 miles. Hyatt Place at 301 3rd Ave S posts $289 plus tax at 0.4 miles. Tempo at 127 Rosa L Parks Blvd posts $279 plus tax at 0.8 miles.
$70 Between Two Rooms Half a Mile Apart
The published range runs from $219 to $289 per night before tax. The gap is $70. A three-night stay from February 14 to February 17 prices the two ends at $657 and $867 before tax, so the property choice moves $210 on one booking.
Home 2 Suites and Tru sit in one building on Rep. John Lewis Way S and post the same $219 rate. The pair gives a buyer a second hold on the same address at the same figure.
Register First, Then Book
The accommodations page ties the block to the pass. It reads: "To take advantage of the special attendee rates, please book your reservation after you have registered for the conference." The same page states that rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed.
The event FAQ gives the block its own closing date. It reads: "Be sure to book your hotel accommodations before the cut-off date of January 24, 2027 in order to get the discounted conference rate." The same answer states that rooms booked after that date come at the hotel rate, and that the special rate requires the hotel reservation portal.
Four Pass Tiers and One October Date
The registration page prints four tiers. Tier 1 runs September 9 to October 27, 2026 and prices a Full Conference Pass at $995. Tier 2 runs October 28 to November 30 and prices the same pass at $1,195. Tier 3 runs December 1 to February 13 at $1,495. The onsite tier runs February 14 to 17 at $1,595.
The page banner reads "TIER 1 PRICING ACTIVE — REGISTER BY OCTOBER 27 AND SAVE UP TO $600". That $600 is the difference between the $995 pass and the $1,595 onsite pass.
The group line prices lower per head. A Full Conference Group Discount Pass for three or more costs $2,355 in Tier 1, which the page states as $785 per person. The same group pass costs $2,955 ($985 per person) in Tier 2, $3,555 ($1,185 per person) in Tier 3 and $3,855 ($1,285 per person) onsite.
Parking Is Priced Later
The accommodations page handles parking in one sentence: "On-site parking garage and nearby public parking garages available. Attendee parking information and discount details (if applicable) will be provided during registration." No dollar figure for parking appears on the page.
A buyer who weighs the block against an outside room needs that number. The page routes the number into the registration flow, so the comparison arrives after the pass purchase.
The same panel puts Nashville International Airport at 10 to 15 minutes and calls the shuttle conditional: "Official conference hotel shuttle service (if provided) will operate between participating hotels and the Music City Center."
Two Deadlines Nine Days Apart
The FAQ cancellation answer requires a written request on or before 5:00 PM EST on January 15, 2027. The charge is $200, deducted from any refund. Requests received after that time and no-shows receive nothing.
January 15 comes nine days before the January 24 housing cut-off. A buyer who holds the room decision until the cut-off has already lost the refund option on the pass. Run the two dates as one sequence.
What to Send in the Request
Put the window in the request: February 14 arrival, February 17 departure, three nights. Name the room type and the occupancy.
Quote the two published anchors, $219 plus tax and $289 plus tax, and ask each property for a rate inside that band.
Ask for four numbers in writing: the nightly rate before tax, the tax and any destination fee, the parking rate per night across the event dates, and the cancellation term. The block publishes the plus-tax marker and nothing further on any of the four.
Ask what the property will hold after January 24. The FAQ states that rooms after the cut-off come at the hotel rate, and no page on the event site states what that rate is.
A request sent through hotelhaggle puts the same brief in front of qualified hotels in Nashville, and the block rates give the comparison its two anchors.
