One link, one seller
Visit Fort Worth lists Buckin New Years Eve at Cowtown Coliseum with one ticket link, in a field headed "Tickets Available Here". The link resolves to eventschaser.com.
Events Chaser serves 70 KB of markup with a login box in the header. The page prints no price, no start time and no ticket tier.
The venue keeps its own page for the same event, keyed to an AXS product id: /event/buckin-new-years-eve-2026/axs_1286442/.
AXS is the seller the venue names
The Coliseum box office page carries a section headed Resale or Third Party Tickets. Its first sentence reads: AXS.COM is the only authorized seller of tickets for Cowtown Coliseum.
The page states the limit of the venue position. Cowtown Coliseum is not responsible for tickets purchased from sources other than AXS.com or the Cowtown Coliseum Box Office.
Staff will try to resolve a third-party problem and cannot guarantee finding the tickets.
Settle the ticket channel before the bed count. A group holding twenty marketplace seats holds twenty tickets the venue has promised nothing about.
Parity removes the premium
Two lines on the box office page answer the cost question. Ticket prices and service fees are the same whether you buy online or at the Box Office. Prices remain consistent online and in person.
Read both lines as the seller guarantee. The authorized route and the window route carry one price.
The window runs 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. on a Thursday. The venue takes cards only.
The group discount skips this event
The same page publishes a group rate. Groups of 50 or more can enjoy a 10% discount on BRONZE STAR adult tickets in Sections A to O.
Four conditions attach. The discount may not be available for every event. It is offered for Stockyards Championship Rodeo, PBR Stockyards Showcase and Ultimate Bullfighter events. It is valid only if mentioned on the event page. It cannot be combined with other discounted ticket types.
The Buckin New Years Eve page mentions no discount. Its description covers bronc riding, bull riding, freestyle bullfighting, sets from David Lewis, Shelby Stone and Chancey Williams, and pyrotechnics at midnight.
Put the 10 percent request in writing anyway. File the answer next to the room quote.
Five houses inside a walk, no rates
The venue lists five preferred hotels. Courtyard Marriott at 2537 N Main Street sits 348 m from the Coliseum doors. Hotel Drover at 200 Mule Alley sits 396 m and holds 200 rooms. Hyatt Place at 132 E Exchange Avenue sits 475 m. SpringHill Suites at 2315 N Main Street sits 832 m. Stockyards Hotel at 109 E Exchange Avenue completes the five.
Each card carries a description, a feature list, an address, a phone number and a Book Now link. The page prints no dollar figure, block code or cut-off date.
The district runs a separate stay page with nine lodgings. That page prints no dollar figure either.
One of the five stands closed
The district stay page marks Stockyards Hotel with a line the venue page omits: Currently Closed for Renovation.
The venue page still prints a reservations number and a Book Now link against the same address. Ask the property before counting its rooms, and treat the answer as the first negotiation.
Hotel Drover holds 200 rooms. The other three houses publish no room count.
Parking is the only printed price
31 December 2026 falls on a Thursday. The district parking ladder prices Thursday self-parking at $17.50 plus sales tax and a service fee. Overnight parking runs $32.50 for 24 hours. Valet runs $20 Monday to Thursday and $25 Friday to Sunday.
Two lines on that page carry weight on a holiday. Special Event Rates As Posted allows a higher figure at the gate. Premium Lots have higher posted rates. No lot takes cash.
Measure a room quote against $17.50. Parking is the one number in the district a buyer can check before the ask.
The transit line covers the walk
Trinity Metro runs the Orange Line as a circulator between the Stockyards and downtown Fort Worth. A $4 all-day pass covers the buses, the local trains and the on-demand rideshare service.
A buyer with the pass sets the bed count. That is the first lever on this night.
The ask in order
Start with the channel. Buy from AXS or at the window at one price, and settle the ticket count before any property is asked to hold rooms.
Then ask four open houses for a Thursday 31 December rate with a 1 January checkout. Name the 348 m, 396 m, 475 m and 832 m distances, name the 200 rooms at Hotel Drover, and ask each property for a cancellation term inside 48 hours.
Ask Stockyards Hotel first. A written answer tells you whether the district has four usable houses or five.
Then ask for 30 December as a second night. The Coliseum runs no event that night, and the discount has somewhere to come from.
Close on the published absence. No property on either list prints a rate, a block code or a cut-off, and the district publishes one figure: the parking ladder. Put that gap in the email.
