Seventeen entries, two pricing shapes

The Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo publishes 17 official host hotels on its plan-a-visit page. Four carry a percentage off Best Available Rate. Thirteen carry a dollar floor.

The show runs 15 January through 6 February 2027. The organiser counts 23 days and sells a $55 Souvenir Pin for the run.

The four percentage deals

Hilton Garden Inn at the Medical Center prices 20 percent off Best Available Rate. Homewood Suites at the Medical Center prices 15 percent off. Residence Inn Southwest prices 15 percent off. SpringHill Suites Stockyards prices 20 percent of Best Available Rate.

Three of the four print one window: valid 18 August 2026 through 31 December 2027. The fourth, SpringHill Suites Stockyards, carries a 22 December reservation deadline.

That window opened before this article and closes after the next show. Ask for the discount now.

What a percentage cannot be compared to

Best Available Rate is the property's own moving reference. The page publishes the percentage and withholds the base.

The flat entries publish a floor. The ladder runs from $87 at La Quinta City View to $199 at the Worthington downtown.

One subtraction makes the two shapes comparable. A 20 percent discount reaches $159.20 on a $199 base. A 15 percent discount reaches $169.15 on the same base. A $159 flat floor ties a 20 percent deal at a base of $198.75 and ties a 15 percent deal at $187.06.

Ask every flat property for the base behind its floor. Below $159 the flat quote sits under a 20 percent deal priced off $199.

The flat ladder, floor by floor

La Quinta City View prints $87. TownePlace Suites downtown prints $115 with a 26 December deadline. Hampton Inn Southwest City View prints $119 with an 18 December deadline, and Staybridge Suites West prints $119 with an 11 December deadline. TownePlace Suites Medical Center prints $124 with a 6 February deadline. Hampton Inn Burleson prints $130 with a 16 December deadline. Cambria Medical Center prints $134 with a 6 February deadline. Fairfield Inn University prints $139 with an 18 December deadline. Hampton Inn downtown prints $149 across a window of 1 January through 31 December 2027. SpringHill Suites University prints $149 with a 22 December deadline. Courtyard University prints $155 with a 22 December deadline. Home2 Suites Cultural District prints $159 with a 21 December deadline. The Worthington prints $199 with a 2 January deadline.

Eight deadlines land in December. One lands on 2 January, two land on 6 February, one is a year-long window and one is absent.

Two deadlines sit on the closing day

Cambria Medical Center and TownePlace Suites Medical Center both hold their rates to 6 February. That date is the last day of the show.

Those two are the last published prices standing after the December cluster closes. They price $134 and $124.

Treat them as the reserve. A buyer past the December cluster works from two floors in January.

The cheapest floor carries no deadline

La Quinta City View prints $87 and no reservation deadline. It is the lowest figure on the page and the only entry without one.

That is the number to quote at every flat property above it. The organiser publishes it, so the ask carries its own proof.

Ten links are wrapped, four arrive dated

Ten of the 17 Book Now links resolve through urldefense.proofpoint.com before they reach the hotel. A group request built from a copied address carries a redirect into the file.

Four links carry the stay dates in the query string, with a 15 January arrival and a 6 or 7 February checkout.

One anchor begins with a stray letter and does not open as printed.

What the show prices on its own side

Grounds admission runs $15 for adults and $8 for ages 6 to 16. Children 5 and under enter free. Admission excludes the rodeo.

A Souvenir Pin sells for $55 and covers all 23 days. General admission cannot be bought in advance in any other form.

Parking runs $20 a vehicle with no in and out.

Groups of 25 or more route to groupsales@fwssr.com or 817.877.2550. The page publishes no group rate.

Cheap gate days and the room ask

Several dates carry a discount at the gate. Ariat Day, 19 January, gives free grounds admission to guests wearing Ariat apparel. Tolltag Tuesdays give one free general admission ticket per car displaying an NTTA Tolltag. Senior admission runs $8 on Fridays, 15 and 22 and 29 January and 5 February, for guests 55 and older. Texas A&M Day on 21 January, Tarleton State Day on 25 January, TCU Day on 28 January and Texas Tech Day on 2 February give free grounds admission in the matching school colours.

15 January is the opening Friday and a senior discount day. It is also the first night a room is scarce.

Pair the cheap gate with the percentage room. That pairing is the leverage on this ladder.

The ask in order

Open with $87. Name La Quinta City View and ask each flat property above it to meet the figure, with the base rate stated in the reply.

Then name the percentage. Ask Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites for the 20 percent and the 15 percent on your dates, and ask which base it applies to.

Then set the deadline. 11 December buys Staybridge at $119. 18 December buys Hampton Southwest at $119 and Fairfield at $139. Past 26 December the $124 and $134 Medical Center floors are the last published prices.

Ask Cambria and TownePlace Medical Center for a January release. Their 6 February deadline is the longest on the page.

Close on the parking figure. A downtown property removes a daily drive into the grounds.
