Five partner hotels, five rates to ask for

The Cowgirl Gathering runs 12 to 16 November 2026 across Fort Worth and Decatur. Marked For Greatness Properties produces the event and publishes a lodging note on its tickets page. That note names five partner hotels and recommends the Stockyards. It prints a street address for each one.

It publishes no rate, no cut-off date, no group code, no attrition term and no booking link for any of the five. That silence is the negotiating position: the organiser has told the guest where to sleep and left the price to be asked for.

The five properties

Courtyard Fort Worth Historic Stockyards sits at 2537 North Main Street. Hotel Drover sits at 200 Mule Alley. Hyatt Place Fort Worth Historic Stockyards sits at 132 East Exchange Avenue. SpringHill Suites Fort Worth Historic Stockyards sits at 2315 North Main Street. TownePlace Suites Fort Worth Downtown sits at 805 East Belknap Street.

Four stand in the Stockyards and the fifth stands downtown. None of the five carries a dollar figure on the organiser's site.

The schedule sets the nights

The published schedule runs five days. The online art show opens 1 September and closes 16 November. The barrel race runs 12 and 13 November at The Ranch at NRS in Decatur, with $39,500 added. The breakaway roping runs 15 November with $21,500 added. The Cowgirl Conversation runs 16 November from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame.

The tickets page dates the team roping 14 November. The team roping page and the breakaway page both date it 15 November. Ask the organiser which holds before a room is committed to the 14th.

12 November is a Thursday and 16 November is a Monday. A Thursday arrival with a Monday departure covers all five days and books four nights.

The competition days run at a venue in Decatur and the five partner hotels stand in Fort Worth. Ask the organiser which nights the competitors sleep in the city, because the room demand and the arena sit in different places.

The package ladder is spend proof

The organiser sells three packages. The Cowgirl Conversation Ticket Package costs $100 and carries one seat at the Conversation, one ticket to the Welcome Reception, a catered lunch and entry to the VIP Cocktail Hour. The Cowgirl Crusader Package costs $1,500 and carries four of each plus four VIP seats at the fashion show. The Cowgirl Couture Package costs $2,500 and carries eight of each.

Divided per head, the ladder runs $100, $375 and $312.50. The eight-seat package prices below the four-seat package per head, and that is the number a group carries into a room ask.

The tickets page links to the organiser's store, where a single Cowgirl Conversation ticket for the same 16 November session lists at $130. Four single tickets cost $520, against $400 for four package seats, and the package also carries the reception, the lunch and the cocktail hour. Ask the organiser which product is current before paying either price.

Admission is listed free

Visit Fort Worth's event record carries an admission field reading Free. The organiser sells the Conversation as a ticketed evening on the same dates. Both readings are published, on different pages, and the Conversation seat is the priced item.

The ask to send

Write to all five properties for four nights, arriving Thursday 12 November and leaving Monday 16 November, and ask each for its best available rate across the full window. Name the event and the organiser. Ask whether the property runs an event rate, and for that rate, the cut-off and the cancellation term in writing. Ask what the fourth night costs on its own, because a three-night hold that drops Sunday is the cheaper request.

Three of the five are Marriott properties: Courtyard, SpringHill Suites and TownePlace Suites. Ask them for a member rate and a best-available rate side by side. Ask Hotel Drover and Hyatt Place for a direct booking rate.

Courtyard, Hyatt Place and SpringHill Suites also sit on Cowtown Coliseum's preferred-hotel page at the same addresses, with a Book Now link and no rate. Ask the property what else it holds in the same week.

What the organiser has not published

The sponsors page carries no tier and no price, and routes enquiries to a named contact. There is no attendance count and no room block total.

The only published quantities are the five addresses, the five dated sessions and the added money in three of them. Prize money paid to competitors is not a room price.

The number to call first

The organiser's contact number is 817-222-6411, and the email address on the site ends in apha.com. The same number appears on the store that sells the Conversation ticket. Ask that desk for the block position, the room-night pattern and which property holds the competitors, then take the answers to the five hotels.
