The Best Practices 2026 EXPO & Conference runs 13 to 15 October at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis. The venue event record gives a start of 2026-10-13 and an end of 2026-10-15, and forecasts 1,200 attendees. October 13, 2026 is a Tuesday and October 15 is a Thursday.

1,200 plus 1,500 is 2,700 forecast attendees in the building across the overlapping nights.
The Terms to Put in the Ask
A room block is priced per date rather than as one total, so a Tuesday-to-Thursday hold is two date rows. Ask whether the contract measures any floor per night or cumulatively, and ask for the per-night reading. Ask for rate protection or resell credit.
