A run with both ends unpriced

The NCHA Futurity opens November 16 and closes December 12, 2026 at Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum in Fort Worth. The association prints the run as one line on its Futurity page: November 16 - December 12, 2026, Fort Worth, TX. A Monday arrival and a Saturday departure across those dates is 26 nights.

None of the three ticketed sessions carries a price. None of the three official hotels publishes a rate. Both gaps sit on the pages a buyer reads first.

The published lodging figure sits in the RV lot

The exhibitor packet carries the only per-night stay price on the grounds. The North Red Lot holds 104 full-service spaces at 30 or 50 amp for $70 per night. Yellow Lot D holds 78 full-service spaces at the same $70. Lot 1 in the Swine Barn holds 22 spaces at 30 amp and 45 feet for $35. Lot 1 in the Sheep Barn holds 8 spaces at 30 amp and 30 feet for $35. That is 212 spaces in total.

Will Rogers takes no reservation for those spaces. Payment falls due on arrival, and rent is accepted only when living quarters are present. The City of Fort Worth takes cash or a check on site and accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Electrical adapters run $20 each through the Will Rogers office, and the RV office answers on 817-392-7469.

A full-service night at $70 across 26 nights multiplies to $1,820. That is the only published stay price for the full run.

Three official hotels, three booking links, no rate

The association names three official hotels under the Accommodations heading. Home2 Suites by Hilton sits at 1145 University Drive, 0.39 miles by road from the Coliseum. The Crescent sits at 3300 Camp Bowie Boulevard, 0.59 miles. SpringHill Suites sits at 3250 Lovell Avenue, 1.69 miles. Each address carries a Book Now control and no price.

The Hilton link carries arrivalDate=2024-08-21 and departureDate=2024-08-22 in its query string, two years behind the event. The SpringHill block carries two Marriott group-reservation links with different group ids. The Crescent link reaches Synxis with rate=13NCHA and an arrive date of 2026-06-29, five months before opening day.

The rate code 13NCHA is the one room identifier the association publishes. No page states what the code returns, no page states a cut-off date, and no page states a night count for a block.

The money the show office publishes

The exhibitor packet states the stall price as $250 per stall. Regular shavings run $12 and queen shavings $16. Live cattle works run $50, flag works $30 and track cow works $35. The Stall and Show Office opens at 7 a.m. daily and closes one hour past the last set.

The same document states the payment rule. The NCHA accepts a credit card or a check at the Stall Office and the Show Office, takes no cash, and assesses a nonrefundable transaction fee of 3.0 percent on every payment. The NCHA waives that fee for payment by check, wire transfer or ACH/E-check.

A buyer can price the stall stack before arrival. A card payment adds 3 percent to it. The waiver costs one phone call.

The three ticketed sessions

The association schedule lists three ticketed sessions. The Non-Pro Finals run Thursday December 10 at 5:30 p.m., the Open Semi Finals Friday December 11 at 2:00 p.m. and the Open Finals Saturday December 12 at 6:00 p.m. All three run in the Will Rogers Memorial Coliseum at 3401 Lancaster Avenue.

Each session carries a date and a clock. None of the three prints a price.

The ticketed calendar covers three days inside a 26-night run. The go rounds from November 16 through December 9 sit outside it.

The field competing for the rooms

The packet's advancing summary lists 889 entries in the Open division and 575 in the Non-Pro division. The Amateur division enters 284. The Open division cuts 600 entries to 240 for the second go, 240 to 75 for the semifinals and 75 to 20 for the finals.

The ask this supports

Lead with the night count. A 26-night request for the full run is the single number a property prices.

Name the two quiet ends. November 16 and 17 arrive before the first go round draws a crowd, and December 13 follows the finals. A property that holds a 26-night booking fills a soft November and a midweek December.

Put the $70 full-service RV night on the table as the outside number. Ask the property for its cancellation term, its deposit term and every mandatory fee in writing. Then compare the all-in 26-night total against $1,820 plus fuel and hookups.

hotelhaggle sends a buyer's offer to 50 or more hotels at once, and each hotel accepts, counters or declines. The platform lists 103,857 properties across 46 states. Texas sits outside the four states the platform names as restricted for name-your-price bookings: Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington.
