Three Dated Windows on One Shop Page

The Southeastern Wildlife Exposition runs 12 to 14 February 2027. The organiser dates ticket sales in a published ladder. Tier 1 gives early-bird pricing on purchases before 1 November. Tier 2 begins 1 November and lifts the price while keeping an advance-purchase saving. Tier 3 begins after 1 February and sells at select Charleston-area visitor centres and at each of the five venues. Online sales close 25 January at 11:59 pm.

Three dates sit on one page. Each one moves a negotiation.

What Each Rung Costs

The shop lists the three-day general admission ticket from $85, the Saturday ticket from $40 and the Sunday ticket from $35.

The event FAQ publishes the ladder for on-site prices. It reads $110 for a three-day ticket, $50 for Friday, $50 for Saturday and $45 for Sunday.

Run the subtraction. A three-day ticket bought inside Tier 1 costs $25 less than the same ticket at a venue. Saturday costs $10 less. Sunday costs $10 less.

Children 10 and under enter free. General admission covers every venue, show and demonstration.

Six Days Inside the Cheap Window

Tier 1 closes 31 October. Six days remain at this read on 25 October.

The ask follows the arithmetic. A February rate quoted today is a rate a property must hold through the winter. Ask for the pre-1 November equivalent in writing, as a named rate code with an expiry date. SEWE dates its own discount and withdraws it on a stated day. A property can date a rate the same way. The withdrawal date is the part worth having on the confirmation.

25 January Is the Second Date

SEWE closes online sales on 25 January at 11:59 pm. No ticket is mailed after 1 February. From 25 January the buyer collects in person at the Gaillard Center, the Charleston Visitor Center on Meeting Street, the Mount Pleasant Visitor Center or the Kiawah Visitor Center.

Set the room deadline on the same date. Ask the property to put its own cutoff in writing and to name what happens to unsold rooms the next day. A cutoff that lives in a phone call gives the buyer nothing to hold.

The organiser states that ticket sales at individual venues may be discontinued once capacity is reached, and that advance purchase is the route to guaranteed entry. A room held without a cutoff carries the same exposure.

Five Venues in Two Clusters

Marion Square sits at 329 Meeting Street, The Charleston Place at 205 Meeting Street and the Gaillard Center at 95 Calhoun Street. The Charleston Marriott and Brittlebank Park both sit on Lockwood Drive.

Straight-line distances run 0.41 miles from The Charleston Place to Marion Square, 0.47 miles to the Gaillard Center and 1.53 miles to the Charleston Marriott. Brittlebank Park stands 0.15 miles from the Marriott.

SEWE runs a complimentary shuttle for ticket and badge holders.

A rate built on one address misses the split. Three venues share the Meeting and Calhoun grid, and two sit on the waterfront. Marion Square needs no ticket.

What the Organiser Publishes About Rooms

No price. The hotel partners page lists partner properties by district with street addresses and telephone numbers, and asks hotels to support artists through room donations and special rates. The page carries no nightly rate, no room block, no cutoff date and no group code.

The February 2027 room market has no benchmark on the organiser’s site. The ticket ladder is the only dated price discipline the organiser publishes on this event, and it works as the template.

Build the Ask From the Same Three Dates

Ask for the pre-1 November rate in writing with an expiry date. Ask for a cutoff tied to 25 January, with the disposition of unsold rooms named. Ask for the rate quoted against the venue cluster in the request, with the waterfront pair named apart from the Meeting Street pair.

Set the stay against the published calendar. A Friday arrival and a Sunday departure covers the three general admission days in two nights. A Thursday arrival adds the VIP preview afternoon and the signature gala on 11 February, and it makes three nights.

Then submit the number. A named rate, a written cutoff and a stated arrival night give a property something it can accept, counter or decline.
