The Texas Country Music Awards run 8 November at Billy Bob's Texas, 2520 Rodeo Plaza in the Fort Worth Stockyards. The association publishes its own price list for access to the room. The lodging lists for the same district publish addresses and no rate.
The sponsorship ladder, level by level
Seat counts are a tier's round-table tickets plus its general admission allocation.

The floor runs $4,000 Artist's Scholarship, $3,500 Multimedia, $2,500 Preferred, $1,500 General and a $500 Support line at one showroom ticket per $500.
The wristband is the cheap credential
$25 buys the VIP Lounge wristband. The order form adds a $3.50 service fee for each order, and the fee does not scale with the quantity.
The wristband does not admit anyone to the awards. The association requires an awards ticket bought at billybobstexas.com before it takes an order. It sells wristbands online through texascountrymusic.org and states they will not be sold on the day of the awards.
Collection happens at the VIP desk inside Billy Bob's after 2 p.m. on 8 November. The desk sits opposite the store and in front of the bucking bull photo op.
One term attaches to every tier
The sponsorship form states that no refunds are issued once the submission arrives and the sponsorship is accepted. A buyer treats the tier as a committed spend.
Advertising in the souvenir program
Program space runs $1,500 for the centre spread, one available, $1,000 for a full page, $750 and $650 for the two half-page positions, $500 for a quarter page, $250 for a business card, $100 for a name on the sponsor page, and $60 if the association designs the artwork.
The lodging lists publish addresses
Fort Worth Stockyards publishes a Stay page with nine lodgings and a telephone number for eight of them. Courtyard 817-624-1112, Hotel Drover 817-755-5557, Hotel Texas 817-624-2224, Hyatt Place 817-626-6000, Miss Molly's 817-626-1522, SpringHill Suites 682-255-5100, Stonehouse Hotel 817-626-2589 and The Union at Stockyards (682) 568-6466. The ninth entry reads Stockyards Hotel, currently closed for renovation.
Cowtown Coliseum publishes five preferred hotels with an address, a telephone number and a Book Now link each, and no rate. Hotel Drover at 200 Mule Alley, Hyatt Place at 132 East Exchange Avenue, Stockyards Hotel at 109 East Exchange Avenue, SpringHill Suites at 2315 North Main Street and Courtyard Marriott at 2537 North Main Street.
The venue still carries a Book Now link for the property the district marks closed, and the awards release names Stockyards Hotel as a title sponsor.
Courtyard, Hyatt Place and SpringHill Suites appear on both lists. The two lists carry no rate, no cut-off, no group code and no attrition term between them.
The ask to send
Ask each property for a rate across 6 to 8 November, the cancellation term and the group cut-off, in writing. Ask Hotel Texas and Miss Molly's for a direct rate. Ask the organiser where the Stockyards Hotel block sits while that property is closed.
Ask for the tax-inclusive figure. Texas levies a 6 percent state hotel tax, and cities, counties and special purpose districts add local hotel tax at rates up to 7 percent.
