Two prices for one March week

ViVE 2027 runs 14 to 17 March at Music City Center in Nashville. The registration page lists the Provider and Payer Connect pass as free against a $2,395 list price for the same all-access ticket. The pass carries the all-access ticket, a seat in the Provider and Payer Connect Lounge, and concierge support.

Eligibility starts at director level. The programme takes senior decision-makers at health systems, providers, payers, pharmaceutical companies and government organisations who are actively evaluating or buying health technology.

What eight meetings buy

The programme asks for eight double opt-in meetings of 15 minutes with sponsors. The platform schedules a meeting only after both parties accept. It goes live about three weeks before the event, and a concierge manages the calendar.

Twelve meetings add $750

Twelve meetings or more move the pass to Platinum status. Platinum pays a $750 travel credit after the event and adds a Premium HLTH membership that the programme values at $8,000. Twelve meetings of 15 minutes take three hours.

What $750 covers inside the block

Connections Housing runs ViVE's block as the only approved vendor. A 25 October read of the portal for 14 to 17 March returned 17 priced properties. Rates ran from $269 a night at Home2 Suites and Tru to $459 at The Joseph. Omni Nashville Hotel carries the headquarters tag at $399.

Three nights at $269 is $807, and the $750 credit covers 93 percent. Three nights at $459 is $1,377, and the credit covers 54 percent. A Saturday arrival adds a fourth night at $1,076 on the floor rate.

1 Hotel Nashville prices at $369 and adds a $29 destination fee. That fee is the only one any property card prints. The portal takes bookings up to nine rooms. Ten rooms or more routes to a group request form that the vendor reviews case by case.

The deadline that lands before the matches

The programme accepts a written cancellation without penalty until 12 February 2027 at 5pm ET, to marketconnect@viveevent.com. A participant who cancels later, or who misses a scheduled meeting, loses eligibility for future editions of the programme.

The platform opens about three weeks out, near 21 February. A buyer commits to the programme nine days before the meeting list appears. The event pass is non-refundable and transfers to another person up to one week before the event.

What the other side pays

Solution providers and vendors pay $2,095 against a $2,995 list. Healthcare provider, payer and pharma executives pay $1,495 against $2,395. Clinicians pay $1,395 against $1,595. Sponsors buy meetings in packs of five as an add-on to a booth or meeting space.

The buyer pass in a name-your-price request

The block rate gives a buyer a reference price to take to the platform. hotelhaggle sends a request to 50 or more hotels in the destination, and the platform names Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington as its only exclusions. Tennessee sits outside that list. Group rates start at 10 or more rooms a night, so four directors booking three nights each clear the bar in one request.

Two attendance figures

The home page carries 7,000 executives. The venue and travel page carries 8,000 leaders. The venue page also recommends a Saturday 13 March arrival and a Wednesday 17 March departure, and the FAQ recommends a Sunday 14 March arrival.
