The published clock

Garden & Gun stages the G&G Winter Market at 21 Magazine in Charleston from Thursday, November 19 to Sunday, November 22, 2026. Explore Charleston presents the market.

The floor trades 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday, November 20 and again on Saturday, November 21. Sunday, November 22 runs 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The organiser puts 45 or more Southern makers on that floor across six categories: food, drink, style, home, crafts and outdoors.

Thursday, November 19 carries one event. The Night Market runs 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM as a ticketed opening night celebration, with live music from Jack Callahan of Grooving Violations, handcrafted cocktails, tastings from 167 Sushi Bar, Lewis Barbecue, Rancho Lewis, Sorelle and Two Bit Club, and a first look at the makers’ floor.

Three shapes for two nights

A group booking two nights chooses one of three pairs.

Thursday and Friday reaches the Night Market, the first full public day and Saturday morning. Friday and Saturday reaches both full public days and the Sunday afternoon before checkout. Saturday and Sunday reaches one full public day and the four-hour Sunday.

The Thursday pair is the only shape that reaches the ticketed evening, and it spends one of its two nights on a two-hour window. A group with a split arrival can send part of the party on Thursday and the rest on Friday, then hold one block across both nights.

The rate card prices Thursday below Friday

The Charleston Library Conference publishes a 2026 hotel card with a rate and a group code for each property. Holiday Inn Express and Suites Downtown WestEdge at 250 Spring Street prints four steps: $119 and $120 for Sunday to Wednesday, $129 and $139 for Thursday, $159 and $169 for Friday. Thursday sits $30 under Friday on both lines.

That ladder is the priced case for the Thursday window. A group that wants the Night Market books a night this card prices below its Friday.

The card carries an October 1 deadline for group reservations. That date has passed. The figures remain a comparison record for the four market nights.

The walk radius comes first

OpenStreetMap resolves 21 Magazine Street to a point in Harleston Village on the Charleston peninsula. Walking routes from that point run 0.45 km to Wentworth Mansion at 149 Wentworth Street, 0.68 km to Kings Courtyard Inn at 198 King Street, and 0.98 km to Hotel Emeline at 181 Church Street.

OpenStreetMap records 21 rooms at Wentworth Mansion, 41 at Kings Courtyard Inn, 45 at Fulton Lane Inn at 202 King Street, and 212 at Hotel Emeline. The three closest houses hold 107 rooms between them. A party of 30 travelling two to a room needs 15 rooms, and the walk radius decides whether one building covers the party or two do.

Put the radius on the request as a number in metres.

The weekend premium on the same card

Three properties print a Friday and Saturday rate above their Sunday to Friday rate. Meeting Street Inn at 173 Meeting Street lists $229 for Sunday to Friday and $369 for Friday and Saturday. Indigo Inn at 1 Maiden Lane lists $299 and $369. The Vendue Inn at 19 Vendue Range lists $339 for Sunday to Thursday and $439 for Friday and Saturday.

The three spreads are $140, $70 and $100 a night. Compare both nights against that spread before choosing the pair.

Kings Courtyard Inn and Fulton Lane Inn both list $285 to $342 with a three-night minimum stay. The Francis Marion at 387 King Street lists $244 and carries a sold-out tag.

The ticket page publishes no price

The Night Market block links to a purchase page, and the organiser’s own page prints no dollar figure. Two room nights turn on a ticket price the page does not carry, so ask the organiser for it before you weigh the Thursday window.

What goes on the request

hotelhaggle sends one request to hotels in the destination. The site states that hotels accept, counter or decline, that every offer arrives in one dashboard, and that submission is free.

Name the two dates, the room count by bed type, and the walk radius. A Thursday and Friday request covers the Night Market, Friday and part of Saturday. A Friday and Saturday request pays the weekend premium, which the card above prices at $70 to $140 a night.

The hotelhaggle seller of travel page excludes California, Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington, and carries an update date of July 3, 2026. Charleston sits outside those five states, so a request can be submitted.
