The 2027 Florida State Fair runs February 4 through February 15 at the Florida State Fairgrounds, 4800 US Highway 301 North in Tampa. Twelve days. The fair ticket portal publishes the price ladder, and the venue event page prints “Ticket information coming this fall!” in its Cost field.
Three Dollars on Two Dates, at the Gate
The portal carries one line that governs the cheapest day of the run: “Admission for $3 Thursdays will only be sold at the Fairgrounds on February 4th & 11th, 2027.” February 4 and February 11 are the two Thursdays inside the twelve days.
Advance adult admission is $11.75 for ages 12 and older. Three dollars at the gate puts $8.75 back against that ticket on those two dates. The $3 admission appears on no advance menu, so a buyer queues at the Fairgrounds for it.
The Armband Ladder Runs Five Days
Three ride products sit on the portal. The anyday armband is $37.50 for unlimited rides on one day. The Monday-Thursday armband is $26.75, which is $10.75 less.
The portal sets the $26.75 valid dates at February 4 and February 8 through February 11 and states it is not valid on Presidents Day. February 15 is a Monday and Presidents Day, so the band covers five of the twelve days.
The same line carries a clock: “Midway opens at 1pm on these dates.” Those five dates open the gate at 11 a.m., which puts two hours of grounds ahead of the rides.
Every Armband Price Excludes Admission
The portal prints the rule above the products: “Ride armbands do NOT include admission.” Admission is a separate line on every day of the run.
On February 4 and February 11 the two lines total $29.75, which is $3 at the gate plus the $26.75 armband. On the other seven days the same pair totals $49.25, which is the $11.75 advance adult ticket plus the $37.50 anyday band. On February 8, 9 and 10 the armband window applies and the $3 admission does not, so those three days total $38.50.
The advance menu also carries child admission at $7.50 for ages 6 to 11, with ages 5 and under free, and senior admission at $10.75.
The Fast Pass Runs on Seven Dates
The combo product is $64.25. The portal describes it as an armband plus a fast pass, and the fast pass runs “Fri, Sat, Sun & Presidents Day” with no cover for specialty rides.
Those dates are February 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 14 and 15. On February 4, 8, 9, 10 and 11 the combo costs $26.75 more than the anyday armband and the fast pass covers no day.
The combo also excludes admission. A Saturday with the combo totals $76.00, which is $64.25 plus the $11.75 advance adult ticket.
Parking Is $8.00 in Advance
Advance 2027 Fair Parking reads $8.00, with the line “SAVE $7 off onsite parking purchase.” The product covers one entry and excludes gate entry.
The portal adds two terms to every price on the page. Ticket prices include convenience fees. All sales are final, with no refunds and no exchanges.
The Campground Closes for the Run
The trip planning page states the exception: “Event camping is open for all Fairgrounds and area events (with the exception of the annual Florida State Fair).” The only camping product tied to the fair is 2027 Fair Livestock Camping, which the page labels for livestock exhibitors.
Seven Partners, Distances and No Rate
The trip planning page lists seven hotel partners with a Distance field each. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tampa Fairgrounds Casino reads 0.2 miles. Wyndham Garden Tampa Fairgrounds/Casino reads 1.5 miles. Staybridge Suites Tampa-Brandon reads 2.7. Hilton Garden Inn Tampa East/Brandon reads 2.8. Courtyard Tampa-Brandon reads 4.4. Cambria Hotel Tampa-Brandon reads 5. Hampton Inn & Suites Tampa East reads 5.0.
The seven cards carry no nightly rate, no group code and no cut-off date.
The Youth Rule and the Gate Clocks
The portal sets one rule for all twelve days. Every person 17 or younger must arrive after 4:00 pm with an admission-paying parent or guardian aged 21 or older who carries valid ID. One guardian can supervise up to four people 17 or younger.
Gates close at 9 p.m. every day of the run. They open at 11 a.m. on February 4, 8, 9, 10 and 11, and at 10 a.m. on the other seven days.
Where Florida Buyers Stand
hotelhaggle.org carries a seller-of-travel restriction on four states. The page reads “At this time, we are unable to process hotel booking requests from residents of or for travel to” Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington, and records “Not currently registered as a Florida Seller of Travel” against Chapter 559 of the Florida Statutes. The page carries a last-updated date of October 22, 2026.
A Tampa buyer takes the seven partner addresses to the properties and asks each desk directly. The Fairgrounds main line is (813) 621-7821 and the venue email is info@FloridaStateFair.com.
The Short List
Two dates carry a $3 gate admission. Five dates carry the $26.75 armband. Parking is $8.00 bought ahead. The campground is closed for the run. The seven partner cards publish distances and no rates.
