The ticket line is settled at $30 or $70
The Allstars Tattoo Convention runs November 13 to 15, 2026 at the Miami Fair Grounds, 10901 SW 24th Street, Miami, Florida 33165, in Arnold Hall. The organiser sells two products. A One Day Pass for 2026 costs $30.00. A Weekend Pass, listed on the ticket page as a 3 Day Ticket, costs $70.00. Both are collected at the door on the day of the event, and the organiser issues a wristband at entry from a name, an email address, a phone number or an order number.
Neither price carries a negotiation. The ticket page prints two figures and one button. The FAQ adds that the ticket covers entry, exhibits, performances and contests, and that some special events or sessions may carry an additional fee.
Three nights, Friday to Monday
November 13, 2026 falls on a Friday. November 15 falls on a Sunday. A stay that covers the whole convention runs three nights: Friday the 13th, Saturday the 14th and Sunday the 15th, with a Monday the 16th checkout. The published Sunday session ends at 10 PM. A Sunday checkout drops the last day of the show.
Two clocks conflict on the organiser site. The FAQ body lists Friday as 12 PM to 10 PM. The dates block in the footer of every page, the ticket page included, lists Friday as 12 PM to 12 AM. Saturday reads 12 PM to 12 AM in both places. Sunday reads 12 PM to 10 PM in both. Plan the Friday arrival against the later close and ask the organiser to confirm that time in writing.
One property, one booking link
The Where To Stay page lists a single property: Best Western Plus Kendall Hotel & Suites, in Kendall, Florida. The page carries one Book Now button. That button resolves through a short link to the Best Western booking page at hotel-rooms.10354.html with the parameter groupId=1L0LH0U7 in the address.
The event page publishes no nightly rate, no room type, no inclusion list and no cut-off date beside that property. The booking page did not render a rate to this desk. Ask the property for a rate and a term sheet; neither appears on the page.
Kendall sets the drive, and the drive sets the ask
Kendall sits southwest of the fairgrounds. OpenStreetMap places Best Western Plus Kendall Hotel & Suites at 8560 SW 124th Avenue, 4.5 miles from the venue point at 10901 SW 24th Street. Comfort Suites Miami Kendall at 3901 SW 117th Avenue sits 1.4 miles out. Road routing on 17 October 2026 puts the promoted property at 10.4 km and 13 minutes, and Comfort Suites at 4.1 km and 7 minutes.
Placement decides where the ask lands. Parking, a late checkout and a flexible cancellation term attach to either rate, because the buyer commits to a drive. Ask for those three items in writing, and ask for the parking cost per night as a figure.
The third night prices as a shoulder night
hotelhaggle's negotiation guide states that shoulder nights from Sunday to Thursday run 20 to 30 percent cheaper than peak nights. The third night of this stay is a Sunday. Price Friday and Saturday at the quoted rate and ask for the Sunday night at the shoulder figure, in one message, so the property prices the three nights as one booking.
Build the competing field
A single promoted property gives the buyer nothing to compare. The Request for Proposal sends one request to 50 or more hotels in a destination. The how-it-works page sets group rates at 10 or more rooms per night, with some properties working from 5. A buyer who needs one room puts the same dates to three properties and reads the three quotes side by side.
The negotiation guide lists six levers: competition, date flexibility, room count, concessions in place of a rate cut, a market rate read from comparable properties, and the freedom to walk away.
The Florida disclosure
hotelhaggle publishes a seller-of-travel page, last updated October 17, 2026, that lists Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington as states it cannot serve. The reason given is that those states require travel sellers to hold specific registrations and financial assurances, and the page names Florida's condition as registration plus a surety bond.
The home-page FAQ still advertises 46 states with 103,857+ hotels, then states that "a few states (FL, HI, IA, WA) restrict name-your-price bookings under state travel laws." A Miami buyer confirms the route with support@hotelhuddle.com before submitting.
The directory page prints 29,288 active hotels. The how-it-works page prints 103,857+ hotels across 46 states.
