A final season on 66 acres

Holiday at the Arboretum runs 11 November 2026 through 3 January 2027 at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, 8525 Garland Road. The garden bills the run as the final season of the 12 Days of Christmas gazebos, twelve glass-sided structures that have stood on the property since 2014. The Christmas Village and the decorated DeGolyer House run alongside the gazebos.

Daytime entry runs 9am to 4pm. Holiday at Night gates 5pm to 10pm. The Night Owl window opens at 8:30pm and sells online only. The garden closes on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.

The daytime gate price is $21.95 for adults Monday through Thursday and $25.95 Friday through Sunday. Children 3 to 12 pay $17.95 and $21.95 on the same split. Parking is $15 per vehicle.

Two published ladders

Groups of 15 or more buy at $17.50 per adult Monday through Thursday and $21 Friday through Sunday. Children 2 to 12 buy at $14 and $17.50. The gate table starts children at 3 and the group table starts them at 2, so a roster holding 2-year-olds lands on the group ladder for those seats. The group page also publishes a guided tour at $10 per guest with two weeks of lead time. Parking runs $15 per vehicle, and bus parking runs $15 per space as space allows.

15 guests

Fifteen adults on a Monday through Thursday visit pay $262.50 at the group rate and $329.25 at the gate, a saving of $66.75. A Friday through Sunday visit pays $315 at the group rate and $389.25 at the gate, a saving of $74.25. The concierge bundle does not help at this size. Bundles sell in units of 25 at $18 per ticket, so fifteen guests buy twenty-five tickets and pay $450.

25 guests

Twenty-five adults on Monday through Thursday pay $437.50 at the group rate and $548.75 at the gate. The concierge bundle prices at $450 for exactly 25 tickets, which leaves the group rate $12.50 lower on a weekday. That gap reverses on a weekend visit. Twenty-five adults Friday through Sunday pay $525 at the group rate and $450 through the bundle, and the bundle is the lower published total by $75. The bundle carries no fixed date, holds for 12 months and needs no advance reservation. A weekend party can buy it ahead and draw on it across the season.

40 guests

Forty adults Monday through Thursday pay $700 at the group rate and $878 at the gate. Friday through Sunday the group total is $840 and the gate total is $1,038. The bundle route needs two bundles, 50 tickets at $900, so forty guests pay for ten tickets beyond the party. Those extra tickets stay usable inside the 12-month window. A seated group lunch caps at 40 guests. The Arboretum asks for the meal order 72 hours or three business days ahead with payment in advance.

The BOGO offer and the seats it covers

First responders, active duty and veteran military, and PreK to 12 educators get buy-one-get-one daytime admission. The discount page names first responders as law enforcement officers, EMTs and paramedics, and firefighters. Educators must be currently employed in Dallas, Collin, Rockwall, Kaufman, Tarrant or Denton county and must carry a teacher ID. Every claimant shows the service or teacher ID plus photo ID at the gate.

The offer covers the named person and one guest. The same page allows one discount per guest and forbids combining it with other offers, so the free seat lands on a single pair inside the party. A party of 15 that applies one BOGO pays 14 adult gate tickets, $307.30 on a weekday and $363.30 on a weekend. The group rate at $262.50 for the same 15 guests comes in lower on both. The BOGO covers daytime admission on tickets bought through the Arboretum website, and the discount page voids tickets and promotions from third-party sites.

Parking and the lead times

Parking runs $15 per car plus tax and fees. Three cars on a 15-guest visit add $45 to the group total, and ten cars on a 40-guest visit add $150. Groups arriving by coach drop at Entry 1 on the main entrance and pay $15 per bus space as space allows. The group page recommends advance booking. A weekday visit opens the garden at 9am and closes the gate at 4pm, which fits a lunch inside the four-hour window.

Evening entry for the same party

Holiday at Night publishes a general rate of $35 to $40. Walk-up purchase adds $4 to that figure. The Night Owl window at 8:30pm to 10pm sells at $15 online only. Holiday Cheer sells at $12 for 26 November, 24 December, 25 December, 31 December and 1 January. The event page prices each window with no group column beside it. The hours page closes the garden on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day, and Holiday Cheer sells an evening ticket on those same dates.

Rooms for the party

The Arboretum publishes no hotel partner, no room block and no nightly rate for the season. A group that needs rooms submits one request through hotelhaggle.org, which sends the offer to qualified hotels in the destination at no charge. The hotelhaggle home page lists 125 hotels in Dallas. Texas carries no restriction on the seller-of-travel page, which limits Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington.
