One property, one deadline
The Texas Trophy Hunters Association publishes one hotel for the Outdoors Extravaganza 2027. The Omni Dallas at 555 S Lamar St carries a nightly rate of $274.00 to $314.00. The last day to book is December 17, 2026. The show runs January 8 to 10 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas, 650 S Griffin St, across Exhibit Halls A, B and C and the C Ballroom. December 17 lands 22 days before the Friday opening and 55 days from 23 October.
The reservation button opens an Omni offer filed under the 2027 hunters extravaganza slug. That offer page answers this host with a Cloudflare block. The room type behind each end of the band stays unpublished, and so does the tax treatment.
What a dated band commits
The property holds the band until December 17, then prices the same room on the day. A booking in the last week of December sits outside the block.
The show opens at 9 a.m. on Friday and runs to 5 p.m. on Saturday. Sunday hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. A Friday arrival covers two of the three nights. A guest at the opening hour needs the Thursday night as well, and the published band names no Thursday.
The walkable core the venue publishes
Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas publishes 15,000-plus hotel rooms within walking distance. The same page puts the city count above 35,000 and calls the 1,001-room Omni adjacent to the hall. The block sells that position.
A dated search for one room and two adults, January 8 to 10, 2027, returned 50 priced listings on 20 October. The median nightly figure was $220.89. These ten listings came off that page.
Omni Dallas $211.99. AC Hotel by Marriott Dallas Downtown $260.91. Dallas Marriott Downtown $220.89. Renaissance Saint Elm $227.41. Hotel Indigo Dallas Downtown $239.00. Thompson Dallas $311.99. Hampton Inn and Suites Dallas Downtown $159.99. Homewood Suites Dallas Downtown $138.99. Crowne Plaza Dallas Downtown $165.00. Lorenzo Hotel Dallas $146.99.
Distances in that search measure from the 75202 centre point. Confirm the walk to 650 S Griffin St with the property. Each figure is a market read on those two nights, taken at one moment.
Two numbers on the same nights
The block floor of $274.00 sits $62.01 above the $211.99 the same property showed in open inventory for those nights. The block ceiling of $314.00 sits $102.01 above it. The open quote moves and carries no hold. The block carries an organiser figure and a deadline.
Ask which room type sits behind $274.00 and which sits behind $314.00. Ask whether tax sits inside either figure. A band that covers a king room at one end and a suite at the other is two products on one line.
The parking ladder
On-site parking runs through ACE Parking. The garage at Memorial Dr and S Griffin St is $20 a day, holds 1,200 spots over two levels, and prices per entry with no in and out. Lot C at 502 S Lamar St is $17 a day and holds 170 spots. Both are first-come. The venue flags active construction and roadwork on the approaches.
Three show days cost $60 in the garage or $51 in Lot C. Two days cost $40 or $34.
The organiser FAQ answers parking with one line: the garage and the surrounding facility, for a charge. The two venue lots are the only published parking prices in this file.
Four items for the request
Name the room type behind each end of the band, in writing. Ask for the Thursday night of January 7 at the block figure. Ask whether tax, a destination fee or a resort fee sits inside the rate. Ask for the property parking charge as a figure, set against $20 a day in the venue garage.
Then ask for a hold that runs past December 17. A rate quoted after the organiser date carries its own terms.
A group request needs 10 or more rooms a night at most properties, and some hotels price from five. A single room goes to the property directly.
Budget the gate separately
The organiser page publishes no admission price. The venue page lists the show with an on-sale notice and no figure. Ask for the gate price in the same request, so the room, the parking and the entry land on one budget.
