Tickets sell online only
Art Miami opens with a VIP preview on Tuesday, December 1 at One Herald Plaza and runs to Sunday, December 6. Tickets are available online only, and the fair runs no box office on site.
One public day lists at $71. The clock reads Tuesday December 1 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. for Art Miami and 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. for CONTEXT, Wednesday December 2 through Saturday December 5 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday December 6 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The fair marks those times subject to change.
Four rungs price below the $71 gate
Senior 62 and over, student 12 to 18, and a group of 10 or more all list at $48. That is $23 under the one-day ticket, and ten group tickets total $480 against $710.
The multi-day ticket lists at $184 and covers every public day. It also admits the holder for one day at Aqua Art Miami at the Aqua Hotel from December 3 to December 6. Three separate one-day tickets cost $213.
The VIP ticket lists at $330 and carries the December 1 preview from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., unlimited admission, partnering museums and Aqua. Children 12 and under enter free with a ticketed adult.
Five properties publish a rate
The fair promotes four hotels and routes its rate buttons to one housing partner. That partner lists five properties for the December 1 to December 6 window, and each one publishes a nightly rate and a cancellation term. Figures are per night, room only, before city tax.
Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay, 0.18 miles away, publishes a Run of House room at $379 with a $30 nightly destination fee, $42 self parking and $47 valet. Hotel Yve Miami, 0.85 miles, publishes a Savvy King at $169 and a Savvy Double at $189, waives a $25 resort fee, and requires three nights. Gale Miami Hotel and Residences, 0.64 miles, publishes a Run of House room across four date bands and requires two nights. Hotel Beaux Arts, 1.20 miles, publishes a King Deluxe at $529 and a Bay View Suite at $654. JW Marriott Marquis, 1.22 miles, publishes a Deluxe at $499 and a Bay View Suite at $624.
The block prices the weekend
Gale Miami prints a rate against each date. Its Run of House room reads $229 for November 30, $359 for December 1 through December 3, $429 for December 4 and 5, and $359 for December 6.
Friday and Saturday run $70 above the midweek rate, or 19.5 percent. The November 30 night runs 36.2 percent below it. The full run from a November 30 arrival to a December 7 departure costs $2,523 in room rate, before 13 percent city tax and the $20 nightly resort fee. A Thursday December 3 arrival covers the last four days for $1,576.
Parking has a published price
The fair runs its own valet, first come, first served, for $30 at Bayshore and NE 14th Street. The Omni Garage sits adjacent and lists 2500+ spots at 1645 Biscayne Boulevard. No Omni Garage rate appears on any fair page.
The block hotels price parking above the fair valet. JW Marriott Marquis and Hotel Beaux Arts charge $57.83 per vehicle per day plus tax, which is $65.35 after 13 percent city tax. Gale Miami charges $55.37 per night plus tax. Biscayne Bay charges $47 valet and $42 self park. Four nights at either official hotel carries $261 in valet against $120 at the fair valet.
Four cut-offs and one deposit date
Each property carries its own deadline, and the earliest decides the booking. Hotel Yve Miami stops refunding every night on November 11, 2026 and charges one night plus tax to the card that day. Beaux Arts, JW Marriott Marquis and Gale Miami all turn one night plus tax non-refundable on November 18. Biscayne Bay turns one night plus tax non-refundable on November 20. Gale Miami charges one night plus tax as a deposit on October 21.
Four of the five publish an early departure fee of one night plus tax. Gale Miami's card lists no early departure term.
What the room request should carry
Ask for the four or five nights the calendar needs, and send the Friday and Saturday nights on a separate line from the midweek nights. The block has already priced those two nights at a $70 premium.
Ask for the $42 self park at Biscayne Bay to sit beside the fair's $30 valet, a $12 a day gap. Ask for the $35 destination fee at JW Marriott Marquis and Beaux Arts, and the $30 fee at Biscayne Bay, to come off the rate. Ask for a cancellation term that survives November 20.
Two details need confirmation
The fair gives Biscayne Bay as 225 NW 25 St, 33127. The housing partner gives 1633 N Bayshore Drive, 33132, a different building.
The housing partner also prints a shorter clock. Its page stops Tuesday at 7 p.m., stops Saturday at 6 p.m., and lists no December 6 session. The fair's own page runs Tuesday to 8 p.m. and carries a Sunday session.
The hotels page carries 2019 and 2024 cycle links beside the 2026 set, so check the cycle code before booking.
The Florida route
hotelhaggle's home page FAQ says the service covers 46 U.S. states with 103,857+ hotels. The seller-of-travel page, last updated 18 October 2026, lists Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington as states where the platform cannot process hotel booking requests.
Florida law under Chapter 559, Florida Statutes requires sellers of travel to register with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. hotelhaggle is not registered there. Questions go to compliance@hotelhuddle.com.
A request for a Miami stay therefore falls outside the platform. Confirm the route in writing before submitting, and send a request of 10 or more rooms through the RFP path.
