The show and the window
The Indianapolis Boat, Sport and Travel Show runs 19-21 February and 24-28 February 2027 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds, 1202 E. 38th Street, Indianapolis. The buildings close on Monday 22 February and Tuesday 23 February. Eight show days sit inside that ten-day span. A Friday 19 February arrival against a Sunday 21 February departure covers the opening weekend in two nights. The full span takes nine nights, from Friday 19 February to Sunday 28 February.
The organiser publishes no room block, no block rate and no cut-off date for the 2027 show.
Five properties, and a warning about the rest
The official show lodging page names five hotels as the only official host hotels associated with the event. The same page states that other hotel resellers may contact attendees and that those resellers are not endorsed by the event and hold no affiliation with it. An inbound housing call that does not name one of the five has no verification behind it.
Each of the five prints a nightly rate and a booking reference name.

Every guarantee date sits in 2026
The five printed guarantee dates read 30 January 2026, 1 February 2026, 1 February 2026, 3 February 2026 and 3 February 2026. Every one of them falls a year before the February 2027 show. No page in this assignment prints a cut-off for the 2027 edition. Ask the property for the current guarantee in writing before you release anything.

The Fairgrounds campsite as the walk-away
The State Fairgrounds Campground takes 50 sites on the same grounds at 1202 E. 38th Street. The printed rate is 45 dollars a night plus 7 percent sales tax. A booking fee of 2.50 dollars applies per site, and the dump station costs 5 dollars. Reservations are required, the grounds run 24-hour security, and no site is pull-through.
Read the service condition before you commit in February. The page states that full hook-ups with water, electricity and sewer are available during the fall show. February carries an electrical hook-up only, because water and sewer are shut off for the winter. This show falls inside that window.
Seven nights at the campground come to 315 dollars in rent, 22.05 dollars in sales tax and one 2.50 dollar booking fee. The week totals 339.55 dollars. That total is the number to put beside any hotel quote for the same nights.
