The Christmas Gift + Hobby Show runs November 11 to 15, 2026 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds and Event Center. The West Pavilion holds the show and the North Entrance is the only door. Wednesday and Thursday run 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday run 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday closes at 5 p.m.
The organiser publishes a set of discounts on one page. Those printed numbers are what a buyer holds against a room quote.
The Code That Carries Twenty Percent
The Area Hotels list names five properties. One of them publishes a discount. Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton at 8980 River Crossing Blvd. carries group code HOB and the line Reserve today for 20% Off, beside the number 317.706.7500.
The other four publish an address and no rate. They are Comfort Inn East Indy at 2295 N. Shadeland, Staybridge Suites Indianapolis-Fishers by IHG at 9780 Crosspoint Blvd., Candlewood Suites Indianapolis NE at 8111 Bash Street, and Hampton Inn NE Castleton at 6817 East 82nd Street.
The 20 percent carries no base figure on any page checked. A buyer can hold it against the market band below and against a direct quote from the property.
The Second Code, Ten Percent
Lazy Sunday Rentals sits on the same list. The organiser describes it as a local, women-owned Indianapolis vacation rental company. The printed offer is 10 percent off a direct booking with code LAZYINDYCHRISTMASSHOW.
The rental site did not load for this article, so the code rests on the organiser page alone.
The Only Per-Night Rate the Organiser Prints
The RV Campgrounds at the State Fairgrounds carry the single published nightly figure on the page. The organiser prints 30 dollars plus tax per day with a hook-up and 20 dollars plus tax per day without. Five nights on the hook-up line reads 150 dollars plus tax. Five nights on the 20 dollar line reads 100 dollars plus tax. Parking is separate at 10 dollars per day per car, which reads 50 dollars across five days.
The November Condition on That Rate
The fairgrounds camping page sets the hook-up calendar. Full hook-up sites run April through October. Electric-only hook-ups run November through March, and the dump station is closed during those months. The show falls in November, so the hook-up line runs on electric only for the show dates.
The organiser amenity list names sewer hook-ups and dumping stations with no season attached. The fairgrounds page puts the dump station out of service across the same period. An on-site crew should settle the holding-tank plan before booking the hook-up line.
Five Nights Against the Published Floor
Five nights at the organiser hook-up rate reads 150 dollars plus tax. That is the floor the organiser printed.
The fairgrounds hotels page links a preferred-property booking list run with Visit Indy. The gate's read of that list on 23 September 2026, priced for November 11 to 16, 2026, returned 20 properties on its first page, and every one carried a nightly average. The figures run from 115 dollars a night at the Sleep Inn Indianapolis East to 678 dollars at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis, with a middle figure of 345 dollars. The cards sit 3.20 to 5.11 miles from the fairgrounds.
Five nights at the 115 dollar figure reads 575 dollars. Five nights at the middle figure reads 1,725 dollars.
Beyond the Room
Admission carries its own ladder. An adult seat costs 12 dollars in advance plus a 1 dollar service fee through November 10. From November 11 the price reads 14 dollars plus the fee online and at the box office. A ticket covers one day.
Printed discounts stack against that ladder. A senior with ID pays 10 dollars at the box office. Girls Night Out on Friday November 13 runs 7 dollars at the box office from 4 to 7 p.m. An Ace Hardware coupon takes 4 dollars off the box office price from October 15.
Two days are free. Wednesday November 11 brings veterans, active duty military, police, fire and first responders in free with free parking. Sunday November 15 brings teachers and school staff in free with valid ID. Children 12 and under enter free every day.
The show publishes no multi-day ticket. The FAQ sends a returning shopper to the show manager at the show office.
What No Source Publishes
No page in this assignment prints a nightly rate for any of the five named properties. The Hampton line gives a percentage with no base figure. The organiser publishes no room block, cut-off date or attrition term on any page checked.
The Ask to Take to a Hotel
A published discount gives a buyer a number to hold. The RV line at 30 dollars plus tax per day with a hook-up is the floor the organiser printed for the show dates.
Hotelhaggle publishes the mechanics of the counter. A request goes to 50 or more hotels, and each one accepts, counters or declines. Responses arrive in 24 to 72 hours. Group rates apply from 10 rooms a night, and some properties move at five. The brand puts its rates 15 to 40 percent below rack rates. Its bidding guide tells a buyer to name a price 20 to 40 percent below the destination average, and its help centre lists mid-week and shoulder-season dates among the windows where hotels accept lower offers. Its request form takes parking, pet-friendly rooms, early check-in and late checkout as special requests.
Two date patterns carry five nights. Arriving Wednesday November 11 and leaving Monday November 16 covers the whole show plus a final night. Arriving Tuesday November 10 and leaving Sunday November 15 trades the last show day for a pre-show night.
Indiana sits outside the brand's restricted-state list, which names Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington. A buyer can open a request at hotelhaggle.org.
