What the park publishes
Christmas Town runs on select dates from 13 November 2026 through 4 January 2027 at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. The event page lists the event price as included with park admission. Event hours run from park open to park close.
The group page carries a figure. A single-day Busch Gardens group ticket starts at $56.99 for 15 to 99 guests, against a standard single-day price of $150.99. Adventure Island starts at $27.99 for the same group size against $95.99. The two-park group ticket reads $106.00 against $227.99.
Who buys where
Groups of 15 to 99 buy online. Youth groups and groups of 100 or more buy by telephone at (813) 987-5523 or by email at bgt.groupsales@buschgardens.com. A group paying by check, or claiming tax exemption, orders on the park's ticket order form.
Ask the group desk for the price on your dates in writing. That figure is the one line of the trip cost the park has already fixed.
The package sets a floor for the room
The Christmas Town Vacation Package bundles unlimited park visits for the length of the stay, a room from the park's hotel partner list, free general parking and a $25 merchandise credit. The package runs during Christmas Town.
A room-only quote has to be read beside that bundle. Ask the hotel what it charges for parking, and what two admissions cost when bought separately at the group rate. Put the room-only total and the package total in the same email.
The nights that shorten
Food and beverage locations open at 4:00 p.m. on event nights. The park hours calendar closes 24 December at 8:00 p.m. and runs 25 through 30 December to 10:00 p.m. Hanukkah runs 4 to 12 December with the menorah lit at 6:00 p.m. nightly between the Moroccan Palace and the cheetah habitat. Three Kings runs 21 December to 4 January with the Three Kings Journey Show at Dragon Fire Grill.
Price 23, 24 and 25 December as three separate nights. Ask what the rate does when one of them drops out of the block.
Five questions with a number behind them
One. What is the group admission price on your dates, in writing, at 15 guests and at 20? Two. Does the room rate include parking, and does the package's $25 credit apply to this booking? Three. Which nights of the block fall on 24 or 25 December, and how is each priced? Four. What is the attrition figure as a room count and as a percentage, and does it change when the group crosses 15? Five. What is the release date, and does it fall after the group has counted its registered guests?
What the park does not publish
No page in the Christmas Town set publishes a nightly hotel rate, a group code, a cut-off date, an attrition term or a release date. The package page prints a booking button, and the price appears after a date search. Ask the hotel for the rate, the fees, the attrition clause and the release date as one document.
Order of asks
Send the date, then the group size, then the admission price you hold. Ask for the room rate, the parking charge, the attrition clause and the release date in one reply. The park's $56.99 fixes the ticket side. The room side stays open until the hotel writes a number.
