The published band is $279 to $325 a night

Cloudflare Connect 2026 runs October 19 to 21 at Moscone West in San Francisco. The event FAQ publishes a hotel block priced from $279 to $325 per night across four partner brands: Marriott, IHG Hotels, Hilton and World of Hyatt.

The FAQ prints the band and no rate for a named date.

Booking runs through the registration form

The FAQ states that an attendee selects a property from the organiser list during registration and that the event rate applies through that portal. It asks attendees not to contact the hotel for the block rate, and it states that prices published on hotel sites and on third-party travel sites do not count toward the event room block. The distance from each property to Moscone West appears during the booking step.

The cutoff passed on 28 September

The FAQ names September 28, 2026 as the cutoff, or the date the block sells out, whichever lands first. It states the block is first-come, first-served. After that date the group reservations turn over to the hotels and any change runs through the property. A buyer who needs a change this week calls the property desk.

Four nights sit inside the arrival guidance

Cloudflare University attendees and Partner Summit attendees are asked to arrive on Sunday, October 18. Other attendees arrive by 3:00 PM on Monday, October 19 for the Welcome Reception at 5:00 PM. The event closes with func(tion) at Oracle Park on Wednesday evening, October 21.

The band is published per night, so a stay covering October 18 to 21 prices four nights, three of them weeknights.

The ticket side

A conference pass costs $595. A Cloudflare University pass adds $495. A public sector pass takes $100 off with a .gov, .mil, .org or .edu address, applied during registration.

Attendance is limited to people aged 18 and over. The event page counts more than 5,000 attendees and more than 40 partners.

What the platform holds

hotelhaggle sends one request to more than 50 hotels in a destination. Properties accept, counter or decline, and every response lands in one dashboard. Response time runs 24 to 72 hours. The submit step carries no charge and no obligation.

The how-it-works page prints the group threshold: most hotels quote group rates at 10 or more rooms per night, and some quote at 5. The negotiation page prints the shoulder-night band, with Sunday through Thursday nights at 20 to 30 percent below peak nights. October 19, 20 and 21 are a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

The concession list

The negotiation page names the non-rate terms a property can hold onto the published rate: complimentary breakfast, waived resort fees, free parking, suite upgrades and flexible cancellation terms.

The terms page states the platform service area covers the United States excluding Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington. California is on the covered list.

What a buyer holds this week

The block closed on September 28, and a room change now runs through the property. Two terms stay on the table. Ten rooms reach the group threshold, and a public sector address takes $100 off a $595 pass. A request that names the destination, the dates and the room count puts both in front of the hotels.
