The ticket page and its one signal
The tickets page for the 63rd Coconut Grove Arts Festival prints “Get Your Tickets now”, a support line at 888-850-8718, and the line “Valentine's Special is SOLD OUT.”
That line is the only demand signal the organiser publishes. No page prints an entry price. The shop prices archive posters at $20.00.
Two dates for one festival
The site header sells February 13, 14 and 15, 2027. The accommodation banner opens a housing page built for this festival, and that page prints “Feb 14 - 16, 26” with 0 negotiated rates.
A buyer who follows the banner for a 2027 room reaches a 2026 window with no property listed. The partner list is the route to a 2027 room.
The clock a room has to cover
Saturday, February 13 runs 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, February 14 runs 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, February 15 runs 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The grounds sit at 2700 S. Bayshore Drive.
A Saturday arrival with a Monday checkout covers the run in two nights and carries the third day. A standard Monday checkout lands inside that third day, so ask for a hold to 5 p.m. before the rate is quoted.
Six partners and no published rate
The accommodations page carries six preferred hotel partners. The Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove, the Mutiny Hotel, Mr. C Miami, Mayfair House Hotel and Garden, Arya Hotel and Courtyard Miami Coconut Grove.
Each logo links to its property. No listing carries a rate, a room type, a cutoff or an inclusion list. The page describes the group as steps or minutes from the grounds.
Ask each property to confirm its 2027 partner status before two rates are compared. The Mutiny charges the first night at booking, takes cancellation 72 hours before arrival and sells advance purchase rates with no refund. Mayfair charges a $38 destination fee plus tax per room per day and checks out at 11 a.m.
The one dated term
Accessibility requests go to the festival office 72 hours in advance. The info page gives (305) 447-0401 and info@cgaf.com.
Lodge the request before the room is booked, and ask the property to confirm the accessible room in writing beside the rate.
The asks
1. A two-night total for Saturday February 13 and Sunday February 14, with the Monday hold to 5 p.m.
2. Every mandatory charge by name and amount, beside the rate.
3. A cancellation date on the confirmation.
4. The parking term. The info page lists garages, on-street meters and private lots, and prints no rate and no location. Ask the property for its own rate and the deck it uses.
5. A second room at the same rate, held to a named date.
6. The property name matched to its logo, with 2027 partner status confirmed.
Groups and the Florida notice
Ten rooms and above make a request a group booking. hotelhaggle.org's seller-of-travel page, last updated October 18, 2026, reads that the service cannot process hotel booking requests from residents of or for travel to Florida, Hawaii, Iowa or Washington, and the notice covers all hotelhaggle domains.
A Florida group sends the room list to the property and confirms each term in writing.
The number to open with
The hotelhaggle directory lists 103,857 hotels across 46 states. Six Coconut Grove properties sit on the festival partner list, and the organiser prices none of them.
The first comparable number comes from a property, against a named arrival, a named checkout and a named fee list. Open with the two-night total and put the Monday hold beside it.
