Two published parking products

Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas publishes two on-site parking products, both run by ACE Parking. The garage sits at Memorial Dr. and S Griffin St. and charges $20 a day across two levels and 1,200 spots. Lot C sits at 502 S Lamar St. and charges $17 a day across 170 spots.

Three terms sit beside those rates. Pricing runs per day and per entry. Parking carries no in and out privilege. Both products sell first come, first served.

Two show days, two charges

Collect-A-Con Dallas runs Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 October 2026 in Exhibit Hall B. A guest who drives both days pays $40 in the garage or $34 in Lot C. The no-in-and-out term bites on a Saturday that runs 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. A midday trip out starts a second entry at $20.

Sunday runs 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. A Sunday-only trip pays one day of parking, at $20 or $17, and one day of admission at $41.13.

The room link the show publishes

The organiser page names one property. Omni Dallas sits at 555 S Lamar St, Dallas, TX 75202. The BOOK NOW control points at bookings.omnihotels.com/event/dallas/2026-collect-a-con. That address returned a Cloudflare block page on every attempt this desk made, from the command line and from a browser. No rate, no room type and no cut-off date came back.

The same page sends readers to collectaconusa.com/dallas for the show and to a vendor table form for exhibitors. Neither route prices a room.

What the venue publishes about supply

The venue's plan-your-visit page gives three figures. Dallas holds over 35,000 hotel rooms. Of those, 15,000 or more sit within walking distance of the hall. The Omni carries 1,001 rooms and connects to the building.

Those are supply figures. The venue page carries no rate for any property on it.

Turning $20 a day into a request line

Parking is a published cost that a guest can set beside a room quote. Two event days cost $40 in the garage or $34 in Lot C. A property that answers with its own overnight parking charge can be measured against those numbers in one line of arithmetic.

Ask the property for four things. The nightly rate. The parking charge per night, with its tax treatment stated. Any mandatory destination or resort fee. The cancellation window with its calendar date.

Two nights, Friday 23 and Saturday 24 October, put the guest in the room ahead of the Saturday 10 a.m. open and leave Sunday morning for checkout. The badge desk opens on the day of the show. The organiser FAQ answers the Friday collection question with a no, so a Friday arrival buys an extra night and no early badge.

The entry waves

A VIP Fast Pass adds 9 a.m. entry on both days, a lanyard, a wristband and a separate line at each guest table. The Dallas page prints free admission for children 7 and under. The FAQ prints free admission under the age of seven. Confirm the child rule at the door.

The organiser routes ticket sales to Universe. That checkout publishes four tiers: Saturday general admission at $46.70, Sunday general admission at $41.13, a 2 Day Pass at $63.43 and a VIP Fast Pass at $130.33. The event listing quotes the weekend range as $41.13 to $174.93. The FAQ states that no military discount is offered. Autographs are priced by each guest at the guest table on the day, and both ticket tiers reach those tables.

Two vendor counts

The venue page prints 900 or more vendor tables in Exhibit Hall B. The organiser page prints 900+ vendor tables and a 500+ vendors block. Neither page carries a sold-out notice, and no vendor count moves a room rate.

Where the request goes

hotelhaggle.org accepts a Texas group request. The seller-of-travel page, last updated 22 October 2026, lists Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington. The notice bars requests from residents of those four states and requests for travel to them. A Texas resident booking a Texas stay sits inside the platform's scope, and a room block request costs nothing to submit.
