HYROX Dallas: $117 to $314 a Night in the Race Block

Eighteen properties, one block

HYROX Dallas runs 18 to 22 November 2026 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center, 650 South Griffin Street. Race housing sits in a SportStays block behind the event page. The portal's default window opens at check-in on 17 November and closes at check-out on 24 November.

A one-room search of the block on 22 October listed 18 properties. Four showed Some Dates Not Available for that window: Aloft Dallas Downtown at 0.17 miles, Courtyard by Marriott Downtown at 0.40, Westin Dallas Downtown at 0.42 and Great Wolf Lodge Grapevine at 22.07.

The $197 spread

Fourteen properties quoted a nightly rate. Tru by Hilton Dallas Market Center is lowest at $117.00 for 2.79 miles, or $957.52 for the seven nights with taxes and fees. W Dallas Victory is highest at $314.00 for 1.24 miles, or $2,585.76 for the same seven nights. The nightly distance between the two is $197.00.

Inside a mile of the hall: the Lorenzo Hotel at 0.32 miles on $174.00, TownePlace Suites and Fairfield Inn and Suites at 0.39 on $180.00 each, Magnolia at 0.40 on $164.00, Holiday Inn Express at 0.42 on $214.00, Homewood Suites at 0.47 on $174.00, Hilton Garden Inn at 0.54 on $184.00, Renaissance Saint Elm at 0.62 on $214.00, Fairmont Dallas at 0.77 on $204.00, Dallas Marriott Downtown at 0.89 on $220.00 and W Dallas Victory at 1.24 on $314.00.

Beyond the mile: Element Downtown East at 2.17 miles on $160.00 and Tru at 2.79 on $117.00. Le Meridien Dallas by the Galleria sits at 12.16 miles on $154.00.

Nine cards hold a two-night floor

The Lorenzo, TownePlace, Fairfield, Holiday Inn Express, Hilton Garden Inn, Renaissance Saint Elm, Fairmont, Element and Tru each publish a two-night minimum. Five cards carry no minimum: Magnolia, Homewood, Dallas Marriott, W Dallas Victory and Le Meridien.

The fine print on each card

Breakfast sits inside nine rates: the Lorenzo, TownePlace, Fairfield, Holiday Inn Express, Homewood, Hilton Garden Inn, Element, Tru and Le Meridien. Fairmont adds it at $35 a person. Dallas Marriott quotes $23 for the buffet. Magnolia and W exclude it.

Parking splits across the block. Six cards include it: the Lorenzo, Magnolia, Hilton Garden Inn, Element, Tru and Le Meridien. TownePlace and Fairfield discount valet to $30 a day. Homewood discounts to $25. Holiday Inn Express points at a nearby lot at $24. Renaissance Saint Elm lists $55 a night and Fairmont $48 after a 20 per cent discount. Dallas Marriott prices valet at $35 a day and $57 overnight. Among the four cards with no availability, Aloft lists self-parking at $16 a vehicle plus tax and Westin lists a $25 self-parking discount beside valet at $70.

W Dallas Victory charges a $35 destination fee per room night and returns it as a food and beverage credit.

What the platform adds

SportStays charges a $15 reservation fee once per room per reservation and a $15 advanced deposit per room, per night. The balance is paid at the property on departure. The portal's example puts a $150 rate at $15 up front and $135 plus tax at the hotel.

At Tru's $117 over seven nights the up-front money is $120 on $819 of room cost, or 14.7 per cent. At the Lorenzo's $174 over four nights it is $75 on $696, or 10.8 per cent.

The hold and the missing deadline

A group can hold 1 to 50 rooms a night for five days with no credit card. The portal emails a block link and extends a hold by email against the G-number. Friends, family and spectators book on the same link at the same rates.

The portal guarantees rooms and rates until the cut-off date or until the block sells out. The cards print no cut-off date, and the property record is where it sits. SportStays answers at reservations@sport-stays.com or 480-420-9449, Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central.

The block rate as the reference figure

hotelhaggle carries one request to 50 or more hotels in a destination and returns answers inside 24 to 72 hours. Submission is free, the platform adds no markup, and the guest pays the property. Its reach line reads 103,857 hotels across 46 states.

Name the property, the four nights and the block rate. A property that showed Some Dates Not Available for the window has a reason to answer. A property holding inventory has a cut-off date to work against.

Texas sits outside the four states on the hotelhaggle seller-of-travel page: Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington. That page carries a 22 October 2026 date, so a Dallas request runs the standard path.

What the block leaves open

Three questions go to the portal in writing before a group commits. The cut-off date on each property. The deposit terms on cancellation. The rate for a Sunday night alone at the nine that carry a two-night floor.
