Dealer Week 2026 runs December 6 to 9 at the Tampa Convention Center, 333 S Franklin St. The Marine Retailers Association of the Americas stages the show, and registration stays open.
The travel page states the cancellation rule: requests must reach michele@mraa.com before September 30, and a full refund of the conference fee is granted for requests received by that date, less a $150 processing fee. The same paragraph states that no refunds are granted after September 30, and that no-shows receive nothing. That date has passed.
The price band
Four packages carry three prices each. Standard pricing runs October 1 to December 5. The on-site band opens December 6, the Sunday the conference begins.
Member pricing: In Person Only at $749, $799 and $849. All Access at $949, $999 and $1,099. Pre-Conference Workshop Only at $250, $250 and $300. Online Only at $449, $499 and $499.
Non-member pricing: In Person Only at $1,199, $1,349 and $1,399. All Access at $1,449, $1,599 and $1,699. Workshop Only at $300, $300 and $350. Online Only at $749, $799 and $799.
All Access covers Dealer Week, Dealer Week Online and one pre-conference workshop. Against In Person Only it adds $150 in the early bird band, $200 in Standard and $250 on site.
What membership recovers on two registrations
Two people at Standard All Access pay $1,998 as members and $3,198 as non-members. The difference is $1,200.
Two people at Standard In Person Only pay $1,598 as members and $2,698 as non-members. The difference is $1,100.
Per person, the widest difference is $600, on All Access in Standard and again on All Access in the December 6 band. Online Only carries $300 and Workshop Only carries $50.
The banner and the table disagree
The Dealer Week home page carries a membership panel reading "Save up to $700 on Registration." The published table tops out at $600 of difference for one person, on All Access. No tier on the table produces $700. Ask before the invoice goes through.
What the late band costs
All Access moves from $999 to $1,099 for a member, which is $100 a person and $200 for two. Non-member All Access moves from $1,599 to $1,699, also $100 a person.
In Person Only moves from $799 to $849 for a member and from $1,349 to $1,399 for a non-member. Both steps are $50.
The home page states that the best prices for any package come from registering online before December 5, 2026.
The form settles dues status first
The registration page warns that a dealership whose MRAA dues are not current sees non-member rates at checkout. That is where the $600 is decided. Each registrant needs a unique email address, a job title, a cell phone and an emergency contact who is not attending, plus annual gross revenue and boat brands carried.
The room line is closed to a Tampa group
hotelhaggle's seller-of-travel notice, last updated October 20, 2026, lists Florida among four states it cannot serve. The notice covers requests from residents of those states and requests for travel to them, and it applies to grouprooms.org, hotelhaggle.org, hotelslots.org, bookmyteam.org and partners.hotelhuddle.com. A Tampa booking request has no route through the platform until the registration is in place.
The mechanic itself is published: one request goes to 50 or more hotels in the destination, hotels answer within 24 to 72 hours, and the group pays the property directly. Rates run 15 to 40 percent below rack.
Run the arithmetic before December 5
Two members at Standard All Access spend $1,998 before a room. Two non-members spend $3,198.
Wait for December 6 and those two members pay $2,198, which is $200 more for the same package.
The $150 processing fee is 25 percent of the $600 membership difference on one All Access seat. The page does not state whether the fee applies once per request or once per registration.
A dealer working this decision has three published numbers: the $600 membership difference, the $100 late step and the December 5 line. Each sits on the organiser's pages, and each is testable against the checkout.
