A Saturday With a Fixed Clock

Seminole Hard Rock Gasparilla Pirate Fest runs Saturday 30 January 2027. The organiser's schedule opens the day at 10:00 A.M. and closes it at 8:00 P.M.

The Gasparilla Invasion runs 11:30 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. The Jose Gasparilla II docks at the Tampa Convention Center at 1:00 P.M. The Parade of Pirates runs 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. over a 4.5-mile route along Hillsborough Bay and through downtown.

Stage performances run 10:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park and MacDill Park. The event is free to attend. Reserved seating is the priced product, and the organiser publishes every band on one ticket map.

The Published Seat Ladder

Bleacher seats at Barcelona and Bayshore run $55.00 to $65.00 on the waterside. Entry is at Gate 2, and the ticket window runs 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.

Bleacher seats in the Marina District near Verne and Bayshore run $60.00 to $70.00. The section sits between the Davis Island Bridge and the Platt Street Bridge, and the seats are not accessible from the Platt Street Bridge.

First Mate seating is a single chair in a two-row section, and it prices at three points. Carolina and Bayshore runs $80.00 to $85.00 between Rubideaux and Ardson Place. Rome and Bayshore runs $85.00 to $90.00 between Gunby and Rome, with a 10:00 A.M. to 7:30 P.M. window. The Marina District landside section in the center median runs $85.00 to $90.00 and sits closest to the Convention Center and the Invasion.

The bleacher and First Mate bands span $55.00 to $90.00. Two hosted products sit above them. Scully NORTH and Scully SOUTH sell general admission at $190.00 for an 11:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. window, with bleacher seating, a picnic buffet and two drink tickets. The Invasion Brunch at the Tampa Convention Center prices at $175.00, with a full brunch buffet, a cash bar and general seating at the selected table. Its ticket carries a 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. window.

Flat Prices and a Deadline With Two Weekdays

The ticket page states that reserved parade seating prices remain the same in 2027, that pricing includes service fees, and that sales tax is added at purchase.

The organiser's 10 June 2026 announcement carries the same flat line. It adds that all advertised prices reflect the total ticket cost, including fees.

Early-bird pricing for both events expires Thursday 31 December 2026 on the ticket page. The same announcement prints Wednesday 31 December 2026. The date falls on a Thursday.

The announcement prints early-bird starting figures for this parade. Reserved seating starts at $50 per person, First Mate at $80, Scully hospitality at $185 and the Invasion Brunch at $175. The live map prints $55.00 as the bleacher floor and $190.00 on Scully, each $5.00 above the announced figure. The $80.00 and $175.00 lines hold exactly.

The Term That Makes the Date Hard

“There are no refunds or exchanges on ticket purchases.” The Scully NORTH entry repeats the term and adds that the event runs rain or shine.

That sentence turns 31 December 2026 from a price date into a commitment date. On 30 December a group holds a changeable count and unspent seat money. On 1 January the seat money is spent and the count is fixed. Nothing in the terms returns either.

The 10 June announcement states that a second Scully Hospitality location was added for both parades in 2027. The ticket page describes the seat locations as expected to move quickly.

What the Date Tells a Buyer About the Room

Two dates bound the room conversation. The ticket side closes on 31 December 2026, and the parade runs 30 January 2027. Thirty days separate them.

The order of the two conversations decides what the buyer holds when the ask goes out. A group that opens the rate conversation before the deadline negotiates with a provisional headcount and a long lead time. A group that opens it after the deadline negotiates with a fixed headcount and thirty days. The ticket deadline is the point in the cycle where the count stops moving.

The room unit is the Saturday night. The parade ends at 6:00 P.M. and the stages run to 8:00 P.M. The night of 30 January carries the whole day and its exit. A Friday arrival adds a second night with no scheduled event before 10:00 A.M. Saturday.

No Room Block and No Garage Rate

The organiser publishes no room-block page, and no page on the site prints a room rate, a cutoff date or a group code. The one lodging line on the site sits on the invasion page, which names waterfront hotels among the places to watch the Invasion.

Parking sits in city-run garages and lots at a special event rate paid upon entry. The parking page prints no figure for it. Parking in the neighborhoods bordering the route is not permitted, and the Tampa Police Department enforces the rule with towing along the parade route.

The seat ladder is the only published price attached to this event. A room ask carries no internal benchmark, and the property is the only party holding a number. Request the group rate and the block terms in writing, with the cutoff, the attrition rule and the cancellation ladder named.

Routing a Florida Request

hotelhaggle.org cannot take this request. The seller-of-travel page, last updated 22 October 2026, records that the platform is not currently registered as a Florida Seller of Travel under Chapter 559, Florida Statutes.

The page states that the platform cannot process hotel booking requests from residents of, or for travel to, Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington. The restriction covers grouprooms.org, hotelhaggle.org, hotelslots.org, bookmyteam.org and partners.hotelhuddle.com.

The request goes to the property directly. Send the dates, the room count and the seat confirmation, because a reserved seat at any section fixes the block and the night. Registration questions go to compliance@hotelhuddle.com.
