A Rate That Moves With the Calendar

The Miami Grit Classic runs February 12 through 15, 2027 in Arnold Hall at the Miami-Dade County Fair Expo Center, 10901 SW 24th Street, Miami 33165. Team Travel Source is the housing partner. Its page for this meet publishes two lines that decide the rate conversation.

The first: “Team Travel Source has secured the best hotel rooms with the lowest rates for this event!” The second: “TTS Live! event rates are based on demand and subject to change. TTS Live Events do not qualify for the Lowest Rate Guarantee.”

Three Statements About One Guarantee

The guarantee page explains the mechanics. The guarantee runs to the contracted cut-off date, roughly one month before the event. After the rooms release to the property, the property can sell remaining inventory at lower rates and those rates sit outside the guarantee.

The page excludes online agency rates, AAA and AARP rates, corporate negotiated rates, government rates, hotel employee and friends-and-family rates, prepaid and non-refundable rates, and rates for events where the guarantee is not available.

The meet page carries the TTS Live note, which puts this meet in that last class. Ask the partner to confirm the guarantee status for this meet in writing before pricing any rate against it.

The Lever Is the Published Rate

A demand-based rate carries no floor. The published public rate for the same room, dates and terms is the one figure a guest can test the block against, and the partner's form is the route it travels.

File the report inside the cut-off window. The form asks for the programme or team name, the property name and address, the event name, the event type, the check-in and check-out dates, and screenshots. The guarantee page sets the comparison the partner applies: same room type, dates, amenities, payment terms and cancellation terms.

Four Competition Days, Four Room Nights

The meet page prints a schedule line for Friday February 12 through Monday February 15 and marks each one to be announced. Four competition days need four room nights for a family that stays to the last session. A Friday arrival with a Tuesday February 16 checkout covers all four and bills four nights. A Monday checkout bills three nights and puts the car on the road before the Monday competition.

The Deadlines That Fix the Trip

The meet prices standard entry at $190 to November 2, 2026, then $200, and $210 for registration at the event. No refunds run after November 2. Substitutions close on January 6, 2027, and a 50 percent injury refund runs to the same date. Admission and parking costs sit as to be announced on the meet page.

Two consequences follow. The room decision lands before November 2 for a team that registers at the standard price. The parking charge stays unknown until the venue publishes it, so a waiver request has no published figure to work from.

A Second Event Shares the Weekend

The venue calendar lists the Miami Winter International Open 2027 in the Fuchs Pavilion from February 12 to 14. The Grit Classic uses Arnold Hall, Reilly Coliseum, Edwards Hall and the Fair Expo Grille. Two events, one set of gates, one weekend of arrivals.

Florida Restricts the Name-Your-Price Route

hotelhaggle.org publishes coverage of 46 states with 103,857 hotels. The same page states that Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington restrict name-your-price bookings under state travel laws. A Miami team carries the block's published terms into a named-date rate request and files the lower-rate report with the partner.
