The meeting and the room counter

The ASCO Genitourinary Cancers Symposium 2027 runs Thursday 11 February to Saturday 13 February 2027 at Moscone West in San Francisco. The venue event page prints the meeting as in person with a digital attendance option, and it places Moscone West at 800 Howard St at the corner of Fourth and Howard streets.

ASCO routes group hotel room blocks through the symposium's own Customer Service Center. The service center publishes one address and one set of contact numbers: 11208 Waples Mill Road, Suite 112, Fairfax, VA 22030, with 888-788-1522 inside the United States and +1-571-549-4515 outside it, staffed Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern. The block page asks group requests by email at guhousing@spargoinc.com.

SPARGO is the only official registration and housing provider for ASCO meetings and symposia. The same page carries ASCO's fraud alert about third-party websites that offer registration and hotel rooms to attendees.

Four terms to fix in writing

A group that signs a block fixes four numbers before the signature. The nightly rate for the nights of 11, 12 and 13 February, quoted as one block with one figure per night. The cancellation term restated on the confirmation, with the fee named and the window stated.

The release date on rooms the group does not fill, so the property can resell them. The charge for a third occupant in one room, and the parking rate the property applies.

Questions that return a written answer

Ask the service center three questions by email and keep the replies. Which fee follows a cancellation, and how the property reports it. The date the service center returns unsold rooms to the hotels. The name of the property a group ranks first, with its night-by-night figure.

The answers arrive in writing, and the block file then carries its own numbers.

The venue terms a group certifies

Moscone West carries a 94103 address at 800 Howard Street, and the venue states that the Moscone Center does not have on-site parking. The venue directions page sends BART and MUNI riders to Powell station for Moscone West.

Where the ask goes

One request through hotelhaggle goes to 50 or more hotels in the destination. Submission is free and carries no obligation. The platform states that responses typically arrive inside 24 to 72 hours, that the rate is never marked up, and that the guest pays the hotel directly. The platform measures its own result at 15 to 40 percent below rack rates. Its how-it-works page states that most hotels offer group rates at 10 or more rooms per night, and that some offer discounts from as few as 5 rooms depending on season and availability.

The San Francisco directory reads 562 hotels available in its header and 408 available options in a line further down the same page. Send the request early, and fix the four room terms before the signature.
