A Friday kickoff with a published clock
Raymond James Stadium lists the 2026 Union Home Mortgage Gasparilla Bowl for Friday, December 18, 2026. The venue page gives four times. Lots open at 11:00 AM. The ticket office opens at 11:00 AM. Gates open at 1:00 PM. Kickoff is at 2:30 PM.
Three rules sit beside the clock. Every patron needs a ticket at any age. Tickets are mobile only, and screenshots will not scan. One clutch purse no larger than 4.5 by 6.5 inches is the only bag allowed through a gate.
The number the venue page does not carry
The event entry publishes no ticket price for this game. It carries the times, the ticket rules and a link to the organiser domain. That domain answers an automated read with a bot check, so no price was readable on either page at the gate on 22 October 2026.
A buyer holds a date, a kickoff time and no ticket cost. A hotel sales desk has no published face value to point at when it sets a Friday rate for a game with no advertised price.
The suite line publishes a number, and the bowl dates publish none
The venue page routes suite enquiries to (813) 998-3877 and to the stadium suite platform. The platform is where the figures sit. It prints a price band on most events and a waitlist on both bowl dates.
South Florida against Memphis on Thursday, November 12 shows two suites from $5,500 to $12,000. South Florida against Tulane on Friday, November 27 shows two suites from $5,750 to $12,750. The R and B Tour on Friday, December 11 shows two suites from $15,000 to $20,000. New Orleans at Tampa Bay on Sunday, December 20 shows one suite starting at $49,500.
The Gasparilla Bowl entry for Friday, December 18 at 2:30 PM shows a waitlist and no price. The ReliaQuest Bowl entry for Thursday, December 31 at 12:00 PM shows the same.
Two facts on that platform matter to the room request. A suite carries its own tickets and parking passes in the premium lots. The platform also names the club bars a suite ticket reaches.
Ask the premium team three questions. What released inventory exists for December 18. What a suite costs when it releases. Whether a deposit holds a place ahead of a release.
Parking is a second negotiation line
The stadium A-Z guide states that all parking lots require cashless payment. The parking page states that pre-paid parking is available and varies per event, and prints no figure against any event.
A hotel that charges for parking can fold the cost into the quote. A hotel that does not can say so in writing, and the stadium lot cost stands beside the room total as a separate line.
What to ask the hotel, and in what order
The stay is one Friday night. The venue publishes no condition that ties a room request to the ticket announcement.
Ask four things on the first call. The rate for the night of December 18. The date the property releases an unpaid hold. Whether a two-night minimum applies across December 17 and 18. The total with tax and fees, written out.
Where this desk cannot route the request
hotelhaggle runs a request-for-proposal marketplace. A traveller submits one price and properties accept, counter or decline. The platform sends an offer to 50 or more hotels in a destination. The site states a 24-to-72-hour response window, that most hotels offer group rates at 10 or more rooms a night, and that some discount from as few as 5 rooms.
Florida sits outside that route today. The seller of travel page, last updated October 22, 2026, records that hotelhaggle is not currently registered as a Florida Seller of Travel under Chapter 559 of the Florida Statutes. It states that the platform cannot process hotel booking requests from or for Florida residents, and that the restriction covers grouprooms.org, hotelhaggle.org, hotelslots.org, bookmyteam.org and partners.hotelhuddle.com.
A Tampa request therefore goes to the properties directly. Send the release date and the rate in one message.
The order that beats the announcement
Secure the Friday room on terms that let you leave. Take the parking figure as its own line. Ask the suite platform what releases on the bowl date. Run the full set before the organiser publishes a ticket price.
