Holiday Gift Market Tampa: Seven Hotel Distances and No Rate

Three days, two halls, one entrance

The Junior League Holiday Gift Market opens Friday 13 November at 9 a.m. The market runs to 4 p.m. that day, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday 14 November, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday 15 November. The Florida State Fairgrounds places it in Expo Hall and Entertainment Hall. Both halls sit at the US Highway 301 entrance, Gate 1.

More than 200 specialty merchants fill the two halls. The listing names apparel, jewelry, home decor, gourmet foods, artwork, candles and pet products. Food and beverage service, gift wrapping and holiday attractions run alongside the booths. Proceeds support Junior League of Tampa community programs.

One preview night sits ahead of the gate

The organiser's shopper page carries a preview night on Thursday 12 November. VIP entry runs 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. General admission runs 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. That page survives in an 18 March 2026 archive, and the live page sits behind a browser check. Confirm the hours with the organiser before booking a Thursday flight.

The ticket ladder is short

Admission costs $10 through 5 November and $12 from 6 November. The organiser's shopper page prints both prices in the 18 March 2026 archive. Children 5 and under enter free. The venue publishes one admission pair and no tier above it. A party of four adults pays $40 on the early price and $48 from 6 November.

Parking carries the same shape. The event page reads $10 online and $12 onsite. The Fairgrounds parking portal sells a Junior League Holiday Gift Market product at $10.00 under the label Good for One Time Entry. The portal banner states that parking does not include event entry and that each ticket covers one parking entry.

Three shopping days with one-entry parking means three purchases for a driver who attends each day. That reads $30 online and $36 at the gate. The portal notes that some events sell a multi-entry or multi-day product at an upgraded price. The Holiday Gift Market product carries one price line and one product.

The venue hands you the hotel ladder

The trip-planning page lists seven hotel partners with a distance field. Holiday Inn Express and Suites Tampa Fairgrounds Casino sits at 0.2 miles, directly across the street from the grounds. Wyndham Garden Tampa Fairgrounds/Casino is 1.5 miles. Staybridge Suites Tampa East-Brandon is 2.7 miles. Hilton Garden Inn Tampa East Brandon is 2.8 miles. Courtyard Tampa Brandon is 4.4 miles. Cambria Hotel Tampa-Brandon is 5 miles. Hampton Inn and Suites Tampa East is 5.0 miles.

Four of the seven sit under 3 miles. The distance field is the only property-level number the venue publishes.

No partner card carries a rate for this weekend. Each card carries a description, an address line and a distance. No per-night figure, no group rate and no booking cutoff appears for 13 to 15 November.

Two entries disagree with their own descriptions. The Wyndham Garden field reads 1.5 miles and its description reads just one mile from the Fairgrounds. The Hilton Garden Inn field reads 2.8 miles and its description reads less than 2 miles. Quote the field when you compare properties. Quote the description when you speak to one property, and expect that property to cite it.

Two nights cover a Friday gate

Friday 13 November is the first market day, and the doors open at 9 a.m. The market then runs to 6 p.m. on Saturday and opens again at 9 a.m. on Sunday. A Friday check-in and a Sunday check-out covers the whole run in two nights.

No page publishes a minimum-stay rule for this weekend. The two nights come from the event calendar. Treat them as the span of the event. Ask a property to confirm any minimum in writing.

Book Friday and Saturday nights. Ask each property for the two-night total in writing, with tax and any fee itemized. Ask a second question in the same call: what the nightly rate becomes if the stay drops to one night. A property that answers both gives you the marginal price of the second night, and that number travels across the ladder.

The weekend shares the grounds

The parking portal lists a second event on the same weekend. Body Mind Spirit Expo runs 14 and 15 November and enters through the MLK Boulevard gate. Two events sit on the grounds across Saturday and Sunday.

Book the room before that second gate fills the same weekend. The Fairgrounds address is 4800 US Highway 301 North, Tampa, Florida 33610.

Camping sits on the grounds

The trip-planning page carries on-site camping for area events, with the annual Florida State Fair excluded. Sites are pet-friendly and carry full electric service. Reservations run online and paid in advance, and non-fair nightly camping needs 48 hours of notice.

The page publishes no nightly camping rate. Ask the campground office for the two-night figure if a site is in the plan.

What to send, and where it goes

hotelhaggle.org cannot take a Florida request. The Seller of Travel page, last updated 21 October 2026, states that the platform is unable to process hotel booking requests from residents of or for travel to Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington. It records the Florida status as not currently registered as a Florida Seller of Travel under Chapter 559, Florida Statutes.

Send the request to the properties. Name the dates, the two nights, the room count, and the number of adults and children. Ask for the total with tax and each fee itemized. Ask for the cancellation term in the same reply.

Questions about the restriction go to compliance@hotelhuddle.com.
