A Ten-Day Show Across Two Buildings

The Indianapolis Home Show runs January 15 to 24, 2027 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. That is ten days across Expo Hall and the West Pavilion at 1202 East 38th Street. Friday and Saturday hours run 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday hours run 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday hours run 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Opening day is Friday, January 15. Closing day is Sunday, January 24.

Eight dated discount windows sit on the show page, and they set the floor for a stay budget.

The Admission Ladder, in the Order It Opens

Adults at the door pay $15.00. Adults online pay $13.00, and the FAQ states that buying online saves $2.00 through the box office link it publishes. Children aged 12 and under enter free.

Menards sells a single adult ticket for $7.50, which the page prints as a saving of $7.50, at participating store locations. The offer does not appear online. Tickets go on sale in stores starting November 16, 2026, a Monday. Eight participating Menards locations are listed, among them 7145 East 96th Street and 7701 East 42nd Street in Indianapolis, plus Carmel, Greenwood, Camby, Avon and Lebanon.

Ace Hardware discount coupons are available in select stores starting January 3, 2027, a Sunday. The coupon takes half off the box office price, which is $7.50, when presented at the box office. The page text names 26 central Indiana locations and the coupon list names 27, from Indianapolis and Carmel to Terre Haute, Winamac and West Lebanon.

A separate block on the same page prints discount tickets on sale starting January 5, 2027, a Tuesday, at 26 central Indiana locations, saving $7.50 off the box office price.

Four dated windows cut the price further. Monday through Thursday, January 18 to 21, admission is $5 after 5 p.m. at the box office only. Senior Day is Tuesday, January 19, at $5.00, with no online tickets. Hero Day is opening day, Friday, January 15, when active military, veterans, police, fire, nurses, doctors and first responders enter free with valid identification, and the fairgrounds provides free parking. Teacher Day is Sunday, January 17, when teachers and school staff enter free with valid identification.

Parking on the fairgrounds costs $10.00 per day, per car.

One Ladder Entry to Check Before You Print It

The FAQ free-parking line names Monday through Wednesday, January 19 to 21, 2026, which is the prior cycle. Inside this run the Monday to Wednesday stretch is January 18 to 20. Ask the box office which weekdays the courtesy covers.

The Stay Side Publishes No Block

The show page names two hotels under its accommodations heading. Hampton Inn NE Castleton Indianapolis sits at 6817 East 82nd Street, Indianapolis, IN 46250. Candlewood Suites Indianapolis NE sits at 8111 Bash Street, Indianapolis, IN 46250. Neither name carries a rate, a block size, a cut-off date or a room-night rule.

Read the dates inside the booking links. The Hampton link carries an arrival of 2026-03-26 and a departure of 2026-03-27, a prior-cycle window set against a January 2027 show. The Candlewood link carries the identifiers IE2SF and 100303141 and no published rate. Confirm the dates before either link reaches a reader.

Two Published Floors to Open From

Lazy Sunday Rentals offers 10 percent off a direct booking with code LAZYINDYHOMESHOW. The show page describes the company as a local, women-owned Indianapolis vacation rental operator with homes that carry full kitchens, workspaces, free parking and gathering areas near the fairgrounds.

The fairgrounds campground publishes $40 plus tax per day with hook-up. The operator page adds the seasonal condition behind that word. Full hook-up sites are available April through October. Electric-only hook-ups are available November through March, and during that stretch the dump station is closed, both subject to weather. A January show sits inside the electric-only window.

A reservation must be made before arrival. Check-in runs 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. and check-out is noon. A camper still on the site at noon is charged another night. Cancellation costs $10 flat eight or more days before arrival, the first night rental plus tax one to seven days before arrival, and the entire rental fee on or after the arrival day. The dump station alone is $5.00 and that fee covers no camping, parking or event admission.

The Ask to Put to Both Named Hotels

hotelhaggle runs the stay on a name-your-price request. You set the nightly figure. The request goes to 50 or more hotels in the destination. Hotels accept, counter or decline, and responses arrive within 24 to 72 hours. Submission is free and you pay the hotel directly. The brand's FAQ states that most hotels offer group rates for 10 or more rooms per night, and that some properties discount from 5 rooms depending on season and availability. The brand states savings of 15 to 40 percent below published rates as its own claim.

For the January 15 to 24 window, two published floors sit behind the first number on the table. The rental code gives 10 percent off a direct whole-home booking. The fairgrounds campground gives $40 plus tax a night for an electric-only site. Put a nightly figure in the request and ask both named hotels what they will beat, with the rate, the cancellation term and any mandatory fee on one line. No page on this assignment publishes a hotel rate for the show window, so the opening number is yours to set.

The brand covers 46 states and names FL, HI, IA and WA as states whose travel law restricts name-your-price bookings. Indiana is not on that list. The IA entry is Iowa, per the seller-of-travel page.
