NADA Miami 2026: what the ticket ladder does to a room request

Five public days, no group discount

NADA Miami runs its 24th edition from December 1 to 5, 2026 at Ice Palace Studios, 1400 North Miami Avenue. The organiser publishes over 130 participating galleries and art spaces. They come from 63 cities and 27 countries, and 45 of them show for the first time.

The FAQ states that there are no discounts available for group bookings. A group of ten pays the same per head as a single buyer, so the ticket line holds at every volume.

Four prices are published

An early-bird single-day ticket lists at $45. An early-bird multi-day pass lists at $65. A Vernissage Pass lists at $150. A senior 65 and over or student pass lists at $35, sold on site only with proof of identity. Children 12 and under enter free.

The multi-day pass is the cheapest way to see the fair more than once. Five single-day tickets at the early-bird rate cost $225, so the $65 pass saves $160 across the run. The $35 senior and student rung sits $30 under the multi-day pass and carries one condition: the buyer stands at the door with identification.

The $150 pass carries no published description

The Vernissage Pass sits $85 above the multi-day pass, and the ticket page does not describe what the extra $85 buys. The visit page marks the Tuesday December 1 preview from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. as invitation only. A buyer weighing the $150 rung has no published statement that ties the pass to that preview, so ask NADA in writing before paying the difference.

Hours and terms fixed at the door

The public clock runs Tuesday December 1 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Wednesday December 2 through Friday December 4 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday December 5 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Last entry falls 15 minutes before closing at every session.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. A QR code is scanned on arrival and again on every re-entry, so the pass has to travel with the guest. The fair states that only a limited amount of tickets will be available on site. A single-day holder can change the booked entry day at any time before the fair, subject to availability.

The organiser publishes no block

None of the four fair pages carries hotel, lodging, accommodation, parking or rate content. The only transport term published is a complimentary shuttle to and from the Miami Beach Water Taxi at the Venetian Marina. The organiser publishes no room block, no partner code, no cut-off date and no nightly figure.

The room request is therefore the only line a buyer can move against a fixed ticket price.

Properties near the doors

The nearest mapped properties sit inside a mile of Ice Palace Studios on a straight line. The Gabriel Miami Downtown at 1100 Biscayne Boulevard sits 0.41 miles out. Hilton Miami Downtown sits 0.43 miles out, DoubleTree by Hilton Grand Hotel Biscayne Bay 0.56 miles, citizenM Miami Worldcenter 0.59 miles, and Arlo Wynwood 0.64 miles.

Distances come from OpenStreetMap coordinates read on 18 October 2026.

The nights the calendar gives

The fair runs five days, and the last one closes at 6 p.m. on a Saturday. A buyer who wants the whole run needs five nights, from a December 1 arrival to a December 6 checkout.

Four nights force a choice. A December 1 arrival with a December 5 checkout carries the Tuesday opening through Friday and leaves the Saturday buyer without a room. A December 2 arrival with a December 6 checkout picks up Wednesday onward and misses the opening. The venue runs a bag check at the information desk, first come and limited, so a late departure with bags is a thin workaround.

What the request should carry

Send four nights rather than five, and name the four the calendar can defend. Put the room request in before the online ticket purchase, because the ticket is non-refundable and the entry day can only move subject to availability.

Ask what a five-night stay costs against the $65 multi-day pass, because $65 is the published number the buyer can hold. Ask for the $35 senior or student rung against the room, since the fair sells it only at the door with identification. Ask for a cancellation term that survives any change to the entry day.

The Florida route

hotelhaggle covers 46 U.S. states with 103,857+ hotels on its home page FAQ. The seller-of-travel page, last updated 18 October 2026, lists Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington as states where the platform cannot process hotel booking requests.

Florida law under Chapter 559, Florida Statutes requires sellers of travel to register with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. hotelhaggle is not registered there. Questions go to compliance@hotelhuddle.com.

A Miami request therefore falls outside the platform. Confirm the route in writing before submitting, and send a request of 10 or more rooms through the RFP path.
