Every Benefit Row Carries Its Own Date

The Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California published the sponsor packet for its 47th Annual Affordable Housing Conference. The packet names September 24, 2026 at Moscone Center in San Francisco. The packet states that more than 1,200 housing leaders convene there for a full day of workshops and networking. Every benefit row carries its own deadline in the same column.

The speaking opportunity closed on Aug. 10. The conference bag line closed on June 26. Stage acknowledgment, social media acknowledgment, email acknowledgment, on-site conference recognition and tickets all closed on Sept. 10, with tickets running until sold out. Website listing and guest list access closed on Sept. 18. The exhibitor booth line closed on Aug. 10.

Ten benefit rows carry four dates. June 26 carries one. Aug. 10 carries two. Sept. 10 carries five. Sept. 18 carries two.

A buyer holding the budget reads that column first. The dates sit in the published packet.

The Price Column

The packet prints eight sponsorship levels. Legacy Leadership Partner is $50,000. Movement Partner is $35,000. Underwriter is $20,000. Community Builder is $10,000. Benefactor is $5,000. Sustainer is $3,500. Donor is $2,000. Supporter is $1,000.

Each level carries a ticket allotment. The ladder reads 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 3, 2 and 1 paid passes. The eight allotments total 46 passes.

Sponsorship contact is Oksana Amador at oksana@nonprofithousing.org or (415) 399-3067. The packet states that contributions are tax-deductible as allowable by law, less $400 per free or purchased pass. NPH is a 501(c)(3) with the number 94-2741597.

The $10,000 Line

The exhibitor booth row carries one money term. Priority placements are available for $10K and above. Tables run first-come, first-serve. Each qualifying level holds a limited number of tables. The booth itself is available from the $3,500 level upward. Priority placement starts at $10,000.

That line gives a reader two numbers. A supplier commits $10,000 to reach priority placement on the show floor. A buyer who studies the same table learns where the visible position begins.

The Audience The Packet Counts

The packet prints its own audience split. Developers are 35 percent. Lenders and investors are 15 percent. Public agencies are 15 percent. Policy and advocacy are 10 percent. Construction and contracting are 8 percent. Architecture and engineering are 7 percent. Other groups are 10 percent.

A buyer uses that split as a supplier list. The percentages name the industries that staff the room.

The Day Itself

Doors opened at 8 a.m. and the day closed at 5:30 p.m. Registration opened at 8 a.m. Morning refreshments ran 8 to 9:15 a.m. Workshop Session I ran 9:15 to 10:30 a.m. The keynote plenary ran 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Lunch ran 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Workshop Session II ran 1:30 to 2:45 p.m. The afternoon break ran 2:45 to 3:15 p.m. Workshop Session III ran 3:15 to 4:30 p.m. The networking reception ran 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.

That schedule describes one day at one venue. Registration is closed. The association's event entry carries the line "This event has passed."

Put The Same Reading On The Room

The same discipline applies to the room. Ask the hotel for four dates in writing: the cutoff date on the rate, the cancellation date without penalty, the date the deposit falls due, and the date the property releases unsold rooms from the block. Ask for the published rate in the same document.

hotelhaggle sends one request to 50 or more hotels. The hotels see the competitive field and return their offers to one dashboard. Responses land in 24 to 72 hours. You pay the property directly and the platform adds no markup. The submission carries no fee and no obligation. You accept no offer and you walk away.

The platform publishes a savings band of 15 to 40 percent below published rates. The platform publishes one date rule. Nights from Sunday through Thursday run 20 to 30 percent cheaper than peak nights. Sept. 24, 2026 is a Thursday. The conference day sat inside the shoulder band.

Group rates apply at most properties from 10 rooms per night. Some properties discount from 5 rooms. A buyer with a smaller count tests the number with a request.

Concessions stay available when the rate holds. The platform names complimentary breakfast, waived resort fees, free parking, suite upgrades and flexible cancellation terms. The platform names the walk-away term as a lever too.

The Calendar To Watch Next

NPH publishes this packet format for each annual conference. The 2026 dates have passed. No 2027 conference date appears on the association's conference page or inside the packet. A buyer who wants the next deadline column waits for the association to print it.
