Oregon Arts and Culture Awards and Summit runs Tuesday, December 1 and Wednesday, December 2, 2026, in Portland Ballroom 251 and 257-258 at the Oregon Convention Center, 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd. Registration closes on Friday, November 20. The prices are published, so a delegation arrives with one line of its budget already fixed.

The published ladder

The Oregon Cultural Trust lists four registration options. The two-day rate is $129 for the awards and the summit. The celebration alone is $89. The summit alone is $69. A table of eight for the celebration is $712.

Two of those figures do arithmetic. The celebration at $89 plus the summit at $69 comes to $158, so the two-day rate saves $29 per person. The table of eight comes to $712, which is $89 eight times over.

What a delegation carries before the first call

Twenty delegates at the two-day rate is $2,580. Twenty at the summit rate is $1,380. Twenty at the celebration rate is $1,780, and two tables of eight plus four single seats comes to the same $1,780.

The form offers no group rate at any volume. A party that fills the largest purchase on the form still pays $89 a seat.

The night count the clock gives

The celebration runs 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday. The summit runs 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Wednesday. A delegation that lands Tuesday afternoon needs one night. A delegation that arrives Monday, November 30 needs two.

The rate concession sits in the edges of the stay: a noon check-in on Tuesday, a room held past 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, and a bag room while the summit closes.

Two deadlines three days apart

The registration form asks for completion by Friday, November 20, 2026. The cancellation and transfer policy states that fees are non-refundable and that transfers close on Monday, November 23, 2026. One written confirmation covers both.

No room block is published

The venue card carries the dates, the room and one link to the Trust. It names no hotel, no rate and no block. The Trust's page carries the agenda and the ladder, and no hotel reference.

The registration form runs on RegFox, and the platform configuration answers the rest. The Lodging and Hotel tab is switched off, and the text behind it is the theme placeholder that asks the organiser to put event information there. No property is designated and no code is published.

The car cannot stay

The garage holds 800 spaces. Standard entry is $15 for up to 18 hours with no in-and-out privileges, and event days carry a dynamic $15 to $25 at the gate. The garage opens at 6:00 a.m. Overnight parking is prohibited.

A delegate who drives to the dinner and works the next day has no place to leave the car. The room becomes a condition of attending.

The properties inside a short walk

Five properties sit within 0.55 miles of the entrance on a walking route. Hotel Eastlund at 1021 NE Grand Ave measures 0.24 miles. The Hyatt Regency at 375 NE Holladay St measures 0.32. The Inn at the Convention Center at 420 NE Holladay St measures 0.36. The Courtyard at 435 NE Wasco St measures 0.39. The DoubleTree at 1000 NE Multnomah St measures 0.52.

Those are OSRM walking routes from the convention center entrance, read on October 19, 2026. No source on this row publishes a nightly rate for either night, so the rate has to come from the property in writing.

What the delegation asks for

One. A ten-room hold for twenty delegates, double occupancy, for the night of Tuesday, December 1, quoted as a group rate.

Two. Check-in from noon on Tuesday.

Three. A room held to 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, with late checkout priced in writing.

Four. A bag room for twenty people from the morning checkout to a 4:00 p.m. departure.

Five. Every mandatory charge named with its amount, and the parking term set against a garage that prohibits overnight stays.

Six. A cancellation term no earlier than Monday, November 23, and a meeting room on Tuesday afternoon priced or waived.

Where the brand fits

hotelhaggle lists 103,857 hotels across 46 states and publishes a $0 fee, a 24 to 72 hour response window and a 15 to 40 percent saving range. Its seller of travel page names Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington as the four states it cannot serve. Oregon sits inside the served territory.

A party of ten rooms or more routes to groupRooms, which takes one request and puts it to more than 50 hotels. Twenty delegates in ten rooms meets that threshold.
