GOSH 2027: The $215 Day Rate and the February 7 Block Cut-Off

The fee step lands on February 14

Oregon GOSH 2027 publishes a dated fee ladder. Monday, March 1 carries pre-conference workshops from 1 to 4 p.m. at $90. Tuesday, March 2 and Wednesday, March 3 are the two core days at $190 each. Thursday, March 4 runs breakout sessions from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at $90.

After February 14, 2027 the same page prints higher numbers. Tuesday and Wednesday rise to $215 a day. The Monday workshops and the Thursday sessions rise to $105 a day. Onsite registration adds a $50 service fee on top of either figure.

Two core days cost $380 before the step and $430 after it. All four days cost $560 before and $640 after. February 14, 2027 is a Sunday, and the step applies to every registration taken after it.

The host block, as published

The organiser confirms a block for the 2027 conference. The header reads A lodging block is available for GOSH 2027. The property is the Hyatt Regency Portland at the Oregon Convention Center, 375 NE Holladay St., Portland, OR 97232, phone 971-222-1234. The organiser states that the hotel sits across the street from the convention center.

Three rate terms come with it. Nightly rates start at $161 per night plus tax. The cut-off date for reservations is February 7, 2027. The block may fill before that date, and the page tells guests to book early. Phone reservations reference group code G-GOS1, and the booking link carries the same code in its path.

The page also fixes who pays what. The guest makes the reservation and pays room, tax, parking and incidentals at checkout. The organiser publishes no deposit, no cancellation window, no attrition clause, no room type and no night-by-night rate. Four nights at the published floor comes to $644 before tax.

The booking link did not resolve when this article checked it, so a rate above the floor needs a call. Ask for the nightly rate the code applies to each of the four nights, and ask for that in writing.

The overflow page carries two older cycles

The same page lists an overflow section under a 2025 heading. Hotel Eastlund at 1021 NE Grand Avenue carries $155 per night plus tax, a discounted valet rate of $30, block name Oregon GOSH Conference, code GOSHCONF, and a cut-off of February 14, 2025.

A second entry covers the DoubleTree by Hilton Portland at 1000 NE Multnomah Street. The rate is $152 per night plus tax, the group code is GOS, the reservations line is 800-996-0510, and the cut-off reads Friday, Feb. 24, 2023. The property sits four blocks from the hall.

The names, addresses and codes on that section are usable. Both published rates belong to earlier conferences. A team that asks the overflow property for a 2027 quote on the code named on the page can set a current number against $161.

The organiser runs a four-day span

The venue page dates the conference March 2 to 4 in Halls D-E. The organiser dates it March 1-4, 2027 and puts the Monday workshops in the first day. A Sunday, February 28 arrival with a Thursday, March 4 checkout gives four nights. A Monday arrival gives three nights and still covers the workshops.

Parking publishes two numbers

The organiser parking page states a maximum daily rate of $15.00 and 800 spaces, with garage entry from First Avenue or Lloyd Boulevard. The venue page states a dynamic rate of $15 to $25 at garage entry during events, on top of a standard $15 for up to 18 hours.

The venue adds two terms the organiser page omits. Overnight parking is prohibited. The garage generally opens at 6:00 a.m., 90 minutes before the Tuesday exhibit hall opening at 7:30 a.m.

For a room comparison, carry the venue figure. Four nights of on-site parking buys $60 to $100 of garage at the venue rate, and the car cannot stay overnight.

Four requests follow from the page

First, a 2027 overflow quote on code GOSHCONF in writing. Second, a host block confirmation stating the per-night rate, whether the $161 floor holds across all four nights, and the cancellation term. Third, a Sunday, February 28 arrival priced at the floor. Fourth, parking inside the rate.

The fee step gives a fifth. Ask the property to hold the quoted rate through February 14, so the room decision can wait for the registration decision.

Ten rooms or more routes to the group request for proposal at hotelhaggle. One request reaches 50 or more hotels, and the buyer carries no obligation to book.

The registration route needs a check

The schedule page carries its registration links inside an HTML comment, and those links point at 2025 documents and a 2025 registration event. The home page prints a 2025 registration notice above the 2027 dates, and the printable programme it offers is the 2019 file.

The fee ladder is published. The 2027 payment route is not. Ask the Oregon OSHA conference section for the 2027 registration link before paying a fee that steps on February 14.
