A Sail With No Ticket Price
The Gasparilla Outbound Voyage is set for Saturday, February 27, 2027. The organiser page gives 4:00 PM as the start, at Sparkman Wharf in downtown Tampa. The vessel is the Jose Gasparilla II, described on that page as the only fully-rigged pirate ship in the world. The krewe boards for a final sail around Davis and Harbor Islands. Local pediatric cancer survivors sail with them and come ashore at the dock.
The page publishes a date, a start time, a venue and a route. It publishes no admission price and no finish time.
The Ticket Shop and the Season Ladder
Reserved seating for the season sells through GasparillaTreasures.com, one hop from the Reserve Event Tickets control. That shop publishes a ladder for two parades and one brunch. It carries no Outbound Voyage product. A reader who wants a seat for February 27 finds products dated January 23 and January 30.
The January 23 event is the Children's Gasparilla. Bleacher seats price at $55.00 to $65.00 at Barcelona. First Mate chair seating runs $65.00 to $70.00 at Carolina and at Rome. Scully hospitality prices at $165.00 for an adult and $55.00 for a child, at a north location and a south location.
The January 30 Gasparilla Pirate Fest bleachers price at $55.00 to $65.00 near the start of the route and $60.00 to $70.00 in the Marina District. First Mate seating runs $80.00 to $90.00 across three sections. Scully hospitality prices at $190.00 general admission. The Invasion Brunch at the Tampa Convention Center prices at $175.00 for a 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM window.
Three purchase terms sit above the ladder. There are no refunds or exchanges on ticket purchases. Children ages two and under need a ticket unless they stay on the lap of an adult ticket holder. Pricing includes service fees, and sales tax is added at purchase.
The Early-Bird Page and the Live Map
A June 10, 2026 announcement on the same site published entry figures below the live map. It quoted bleacher seating from $50 per person, First Mate from $60, and Scully from $50 for a child and $160 for an adult. For the Pirate Fest it quoted reserved seating from $50, First Mate at $80 and Scully from $185. The brunch entry figure was $175.
Six of the eight announced entry figures sit $5.00 under the live map floor. The two bleacher products read $50 against $55.00. The Children's First Mate reads $60 against $65.00. The child hospitality seat reads $50 against $55.00. The adult hospitality seat reads $160 against $165.00. The Pirate Fest Scully seat reads $185 against $190.00. The announced First Mate figure of $80.00 holds, and so does the brunch figure of $175.00.
Early-bird pricing for both parades and the brunch closes on December 31, 2026. The ticket page prints that date as a Thursday. The June announcement prints the same date as a Wednesday. The calendar gives a Thursday, so the close date itself holds across the two pages.
From October 22, 2026 the close sits 70 days out. The Outbound Voyage sits 58 days beyond the close. A buyer who wants the announced ladder has a dated window to act inside.
The ticket line is (813) 251-8844, staffed Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.
What a Package Has to Carry
A hotel request for this weekend has no organiser rate to match. The benchmark is the season ladder above, and the buyer sets it.
Four items belong in the request in writing. The first is the Saturday night of February 27 alone, since the published event window is one afternoon at a dock. The second is the walking distance to Sparkman Wharf, stated in minutes. The third is the parking charge as a separate line. The fourth is the cancellation date, because the page publishes no rain date.
A package that carries those four lines has a defensible total. A nightly figure alone leaves the parking charge and the fee unstated.
Where the Request Goes
Florida sits on the restricted list at hotelhaggle.org. The seller-of-travel page, last updated October 22, 2026, records that the company is not registered as a Florida Seller of Travel under Chapter 559, Florida Statutes. The restriction covers Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington, and applies across grouprooms.org, hotelhaggle.org, hotelslots.org, bookmyteam.org and partners.hotelhuddle.com.
A Tampa buyer sends the request straight to the property. Questions on the rule go to compliance@hotelhuddle.com.
The Record to Hold
The organiser published a date, a dock and a start time for February 27, 2027. The season carries a priced ladder that closes on December 31, 2026 and a live map that reads $5.00 above the announcement on six products. The event itself carries no price, and the ticket shop carries no product for it. That record is the benchmark a hotel request gets measured against.
