The ladder is published in full

The PDX Invitational runs 22 to 24 January 2027 in Hall C at the Oregon Convention Center. Westside Academy hosts the meet and registers entries through USA Gymnastics.

The hosted meets page publishes every entry price. Level 2 and Xcel Bronze cost $140. Xcel Silver through Sapphire cost $160. Level 3 through 10 cost $160. All Boys cost $150. A team entry costs $35, and a team is three gymnasts or more at one level.

Four dates govern the money. Final payment falls due 1 November 2026, and a $15 late fee applies to each athlete registration after that date. Refund requests close 1 December. Level changes close 15 December.

No lodging term on any page

The hosted meets page, the events page and the site home carry no hotel, lodging partner, room block or accommodation rate. No block code, no cutoff date and no nightly figure appear on the three pages.

The entry total is published and the two nights in Portland are the only open line, so a club sets the room figure with its own request.

What the building charges on the day

The garage holds 800 spaces. Standard entry costs $15 for up to 18 hours with no in-and-out privilege, and event days carry a dynamic $15 to $25 at the gate. Overnight parking is prohibited, so the vehicle stays at the property.

Wireless runs free in all lobbies and meeting rooms, with basic service at $12 a day and Business Class at $50 a day. A two-day stay that needs the paid tier comes to $24.

MAX stops 300 times a day at the front door, the Streetcar A Loop arrives every 15 minutes at NE MLK and Hoyt, and bus line 6 stops at NE MLK and Holladay.

Saturday carries three events

The January 2027 calendar puts the Portland Wedding Show 2027 in Hall D and the World Oddities Expo in Hall E on 23 and 24 January, beside the meet in Hall C. Three events share one garage on Saturday 23 January. A club vehicle that enters on Friday, Saturday and Sunday pays $45 to $75 across the three days at the published rates.

Six terms to ask for before 1 November

First, a rate for Friday 22 and Saturday 23 January with a Sunday checkout, and the same two nights priced one at a time.

Second, Thursday 21 January as a separate night for a club that travels the day before the meet.

Third, parking inside the rate. The convention center prohibits overnight parking.

Fourth, wireless inside the rate, named by tier.

Fifth, a block held for one club, with a cutoff date and a release term on rooms the club does not fill.

Sixth, a cancellation term aligned to the 1 December refund date and the 15 December level change, so a roster move does not leave a room billed.

Send the request

hotelhaggle takes one offer and sends it to 50 or more hotels, and each property decides whether to accept, counter or decline. Submitting a request is free, no commission is added to the rate, and the platform publishes a 15 to 40 percent savings band across 46 states.

Oregon sits inside the served territory. The seller-of-travel page lists Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington as excluded states, and Oregon is absent from that list.

A group of ten rooms or more goes through grouprooms.org as a group RFP.
