Three nights, four show days, no published room term
The Portland Spring Home & Garden Show runs Feb. 25 to 28, 2027 at the Portland Expo Center. The Home Building Association of Greater Portland prints those dates on its tickets page and on its news page. Neither page prints a hotel, a rate, a room block or a cut-off date.
A Thursday Feb. 25 arrival and a Sunday Feb. 28 departure make three nights. All four show days sit inside that stay.
Sixteen pages and no lodging line
The show site carries 16 pages besides its sitemap. A read of all 16 returns no mention of a hotel and no mention of lodging. The exhibitor information page asks for a password.
The tickets page reads: "Thank you for joining us for the 2026 Portland Spring Home & Garden show! We will see you next year! Mark your calendars for next year's show on February 25 - 28, 2027!"
The producer publishes no room rate, no block and no cut-off date. The property has no published figure to cite when a buyer names one.
The one cost the supplier cannot move
The show's hours page prints one dollar figure: "Parking is $15 per space, per entry. Parking is charged by Metro/Expo Center, NOT the Home & Garden Show."
The venue prints the same rate on its parking page: "Parking is typically $15 per car per entry." The venue adds that special-event demand can move the price.
A car that stays parked pays one entry. A car that moves once a day pays four entries across a Thursday-to-Sunday stay, or $60.
Metro collects that fee. No hotel can waive it. Ask the property what it charges for parking, then set its number beside the $15.
The printed hours belong to the last cycle
The hours page prints Thursday Feb. 26 to Saturday Feb. 28, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday March 1, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Those weekdays fit 2026. The page has not moved to the 2027 dates.
The same page prints 2060 North Marine Dr. The Expo Center publishes 2025 North Expo Road. Take the address from the venue.
The shape of the day carries across: Thursday to Saturday to 7 p.m., Sunday to 5 p.m. The 2027 hours stay unpublished.
Admission for 2027 is unpublished
The ticket page sells nothing for the 2027 dates and carries no price. The 2026 edition has closed, and the producer does not reprint its gate price.
Do not build a budget on a gate figure the show has not printed. Ask the producer for the number.
What the 2026 edition carried
The producer reports that the 2026 show "featured over 280 exhibitors", with workshops, stage speakers and floral displays from the Pacific Northwest Florist Association. That run closed on March 1, 2026 at the same venue.
Three nights in February puts a 2027 visitor inside a building that held 280 exhibitors last spring.
The ask, in order
Start with three nights, Thursday Feb. 25 to Sunday Feb. 28. Name a nightly figure. Ask the property to state in writing whether the rate holds for that window, whether parking sits inside it, what parking costs per night, and whether the rate carries a cut-off date.
Then ask what the rate becomes if arrival moves to Friday. That drops one night and keeps three show days. Ask for the cancellation term and for any agreement the property holds with the Expo Center. Take every answer in writing.
Why a written rate matters here
The show publishes no anchor for the rate. A verbal quote can move between the call and the arrival. A written rate with a cut-off date beside it fixes the number before February.
The buyer names the first figure. The property answers it.
Submit the offer
hotelhaggle sends an offer to every qualified hotel in the destination. The brand's own page states a 24 to 72 hour response window. No reply binds a buyer.
Oregon sits outside the four states where the brand cannot process requests: Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington.
Put three nights and the $15 lot entry in front of the properties. Compare the answers in one place.
