Four days across five halls

The 68th Annual Fall Portland Metro Dealers RV Show runs Nov. 12 to 15 at the Portland Expo Center. The address is 2025 North Expo Road, Portland, Oregon 97217. The venue assigns Halls A, B, C, D and E to the show.

Hours run 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Thursday through Saturday. Sunday runs 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Portland Metro RV Dealers Association produces the show.

Nov. 12 falls on a Thursday in 2026. The run closes on Sunday, Nov. 15.

The one published rate and its exception

The venue publishes a standard parking rate. The parking page reads: "Parking is typically $15 per car per entry." The next sentence adds the exception: "during special events, parking prices may vary due to demand."

A second paragraph on the same page sends the reader to the calendar. "Some events may have specific parking instructions or different rates."

The event page does not restate a figure. The parking row carries one control, a link labelled Buy Parking Pass, and no price. The headline button sells tickets and parking in one step.

The published number for this lot is a typical rate with an exception attached. This show runs four days across five halls.

What a re-entry rule is worth

Four days at one entry a day comes to $60 at the published typical rate. Two entries a day across the four days comes to $120. The re-entry rule decides which of those two numbers a visitor pays.

The parking page states in-and-out privileges on one product: the exhibitor pass, sold in advance for the multi-day run. The page reads that exhibitors "have in-and-out privileges throughout the day."

General admission parking carries no such wording. A buyer who leaves the grounds and returns the same day should confirm the rule before paying at the booth.

What to put in the written ask

Ask the venue for the event rate in writing before the drive north. Name the show and the four dates. Put three questions in the email: the daily rate per vehicle, the same-day re-entry rule, and whether the special-event clause changes the gate price for this show.

Two desks take the question. The Expo ticketing manager covers venue logistics, which the ticket support page defines as parking, accessibility and amenities. TicketsWest Customer Care covers exchanges, refunds and lost tickets.

The promoter publishes its own contact. Sharon Andrews at the Portland Metro RV Dealers Association lists (360) 903-9839 and a mailing address at P.O. Box 56415, Portland, OR 97238. A rate confirmed in writing by the promoter is the document a group can hold a property to.

Buying ahead buys time

Advance parking purchase loads the pass into a phone wallet. The venue sells the step as a queue saver: "Skip the hassle and save time by purchasing your parking in advance."

No early-purchase discount appears on the parking page. The published figure holds at $15 either way, so the advance pass buys a shorter line and a dated record of the purchase.

Cash and major credit cards both work at the parking facilities. A group that splits the cost at the gate keeps that option.

Booth services run on their own clock

Exhibitors order electricity, internet, water fill, natural gas and audio-visual equipment through the venue ordering center. The page sets the deadline for discounted rates at 21 days before the event. Nov. 12 minus 21 days is Oct. 22.

Late orders and day-of requests carry higher charges for most services.

The venue does not sell booth space. Booth sales go through the promoter, and the venue page names the promoter for that conversation.

Transit and drop-off

The MAX Yellow Line stops at the Expo Center station, a short walk from the venue entrance. TriMet publishes a trip planner for the connection.

Curbside drop-off zones sit in front of each building. A group arriving by rideshare pays the fare once and skips the lot.

Accessible spaces sit close to the entrances. Vehicles need a valid DMV disability parking placard. Bike racks stand beside the MAX stop and outside Halls D and E.

The admission line is blank

The admissions row on the event page carries a Buy Tickets link and no figure. The promoter site publishes dealer listings and a phone number, and no admission price.

The ticket system does publish its rules. A mobile ticket scans once per entry, and a duplicated ticket can end in refused admission. Transfers are free and expire after seven days. Exchanges and refunds run through TicketsWest Customer Care.

Where the room rate comes from

No source on this row publishes a room rate for the show dates. The venue page names no host property and no group code for the run.

Oregon sits outside the four states that restrict name-your-price bookings. hotelhaggle sends an offer to qualified hotels in the destination, and hotels answer with a confirmed booking offer, a counter or a decline.

For a group that needs rooms across the four show days, that request produces the first priced document the buyer can compare against the lot, the booth and the ticket.
