Two days, two gates, one hall

Repticon runs at the Florida State Fairgrounds on Saturday 7 November from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday 8 November from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The show sits in Expo Hall.

Check the date before you book a room. The venue's permalink for this show names 14 November. That page redirects to the 7 November record, and the live page publishes 7 and 8 November as the show dates.

The gate is published three ways. The event page reads Where to Enter MLK JR BLVD. The Fairgrounds parking portal sells the Repticon parking product with the line Enter thru HWY 301 entrance. The venue gate table places Expo Hall at the US Highway 301 entrance, Gate 1. Two sources name 301 and one names MLK. Read the emailed parking ticket on the morning of the show, and expect the 301 side.

Admission is a published range

The Cost block reads admission ranges from $12 to $15. Children 4 and under enter free. The page names no ticket type behind either figure.

Ask the organiser for the per-ticket breakdown before you commit a party size. Two adults sit at $24 on the low end and $30 on the high end. Four adults sit at $48 to $60.

The venue prices parking twice

The event page reads parking at $10 online and $12 onsite. That is one product at two prices, both published by the seller. The parking portal sells the same product at $10.00 under the label Good for One Time Entry Only.

The two figures are 20 percent apart. The portal banner states that parking does not include event entry and that each ticket covers one parking entry.

Two show days with one-entry parking means two purchases for a driver who attends both. That reads $20 online and $24 at the gate. Admission and parking together run $44 to $54 for two adults across the weekend.

Two nights sit between the gates

Saturday opens at 9 a.m. and Sunday opens at 10 a.m. A Friday check-in covers the Saturday gate, and the Saturday night keeps the Sunday morning in reach. 6 and 7 November make a two-night stay with a Sunday departure.

The grounds sit at 4800 US Highway 301 North, Tampa, Florida 33610.

Four events share the weekend

The parking portal lists four events across 7 and 8 November. The Fall RV Show runs 5 to 8 November and enters US Highway 301 at $10.00, with an oversized vehicle product at $18.00. The 67th Annual Gem, Mineral and Jewelry Show runs 7 and 8 November and enters through MLK. Repticon runs 7 and 8 November and enters through Highway 301. The Spirit Clash Cheerleading Competition runs 8 November and enters through US Highway 301.

Three of the four name the 301 side on Sunday. A room within walking distance changes the parking math. Ask each property two questions: whether a shuttle runs to the grounds, and what the lot charges guests who leave a car at the hotel.

The partner ladder gives you a distance to quote

The Fairgrounds trip-planning page lists seven hotel partners with a distance field. Holiday Inn Express and Suites Tampa Fairgrounds Casino sits at 0.2 miles, directly across the street from the grounds. Wyndham Garden Tampa Fairgrounds/Casino is 1.5 miles. Staybridge Suites Tampa East-Brandon is 2.7 miles. Hilton Garden Inn Tampa East Brandon is 2.8 miles. Courtyard Tampa Brandon is 4.4 miles. Cambria Hotel Tampa-Brandon is 5 miles. Hampton Inn and Suites Tampa East is 5.0 miles.

Four of the seven sit under 3 miles. That distance field is the only property-level number the venue publishes for the weekend.

The partner block carries no rate for any of the seven properties. A count of dollar signs across the whole section returns zero. No per-night figure, no group rate and no cutoff date appears for these dates.

Two entries disagree with their own descriptions. The Wyndham Garden field reads 1.5 miles and its description reads just one mile from the Fairgrounds. The Hilton Garden Inn field reads 2.8 miles and its description reads less than 2 miles. Quote the field in a comparison and the description in a call.

Two questions carry the room

Ask each property for the two-night total for 6 and 7 November, with tax and every fee itemized. Ask what the same room costs for the Friday night alone. The gap is the marginal price of the Saturday night. That number moves across seven properties.

Put the gate math beside it. The weekend costs $44 to $54 for two adults once admission and parking are counted. A property that answers with a total, a cancellation term and a parking rule gives you a figure you can place against that.

Camping sits on the grounds

The Fairgrounds runs on-site camping for area events, with the annual Florida State Fair excluded. Sites are pet-friendly and carry full electric service. Reservations run online and paid in advance, and non-fair nightly camping needs 48 hours of notice. The page publishes no nightly camping rate.

What to send, and where it goes

hotelhaggle.org cannot take a Florida request. The Seller of Travel page, last updated 21 October 2026, states that the platform is unable to process hotel booking requests from residents of or for travel to Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington. It records the Florida status as not currently registered as a Florida Seller of Travel under Chapter 559, Florida Statutes.

Send the request to the property. Name the two nights, the room count, and the number of adults and children. Ask for the total with tax and each fee itemized, the cancellation term, and the parking rule in the same reply.

Questions about the restriction go to compliance@hotelhuddle.com.
