Five tiers and three entry times
The Opening Night Gala of the San Francisco Fall Show is Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at the Festival Pavilion, Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture, 2 Marina Blvd, San Francisco. The booking page carries five tiers and three entry hours.
Supporter is $400 for one ticket with entry at 7 p.m. Enthusiast is $1,100 for two tickets at 6 p.m. Collector is $2,700 for two tickets at 5 p.m. Connoisseur is $5,000 for four tickets at 5 p.m. Visionary is $10,000 for six tickets at 5 p.m.
What the price leaves after the donation
Every tier prints a tax-deductible contribution beside its price. Supporter carries $275. Enthusiast carries $850. Collector carries $2,450. Connoisseur carries $4,500. Visionary carries $9,250.
Subtract each contribution from its price and every tier leaves $125 per ticket. Supporter leaves $125 on one ticket. Enthusiast and Collector leave $250 on two. Connoisseur leaves $500 on four. Visionary leaves $750 on six.
Everything above $125 per head buys the entry hour and the inclusions. The organisation classes the rest as a donation.
What the earlier entry adds
Read the ladder per ticket. Supporter is $400 per ticket at a 7 p.m. entry. Enthusiast is $550 per ticket at 6 p.m. Collector is $1,350 per ticket at 5 p.m. Connoisseur is $1,250 per ticket at the same 5 p.m. entry. Visionary is $1,666.67 per ticket at the same 5 p.m. entry.
Two figures carry the pricing. Connoisseur prices below Collector per ticket for the same 5 p.m. entry. Visionary is the only tier above $1,350 per head.
The inclusions move with the tier. Visionary and Connoisseur carry valet parking for gala night and all show days, unlimited entry across the show days, an invitation to the Chairman Luncheon on Thursday, October 15, and complimentary lecture tickets with reservations. Collector carries valet parking on gala night, unlimited entry across show days, and complimentary tickets to some lectures. Enthusiast carries valet parking on gala night, unlimited entry across show days, and tickets to two lectures. Supporter carries one ticket, the 7 p.m. entry, no parking term and no lecture tickets.
No tier is refundable
The booking page states the term in three words: No Refunds. The Eventbrite listing for the show days and lectures carries the same term, and its refund policy field reads "No refunds".
What the show side publishes
Show day and lecture tickets run through Eventbrite and the listing starts from $23.18. Show hours are 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, October 15 to Saturday, October 17, and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, October 18. A lecture needs both a show ticket and a lecture ticket. Show tickets carry re-entry across the show days.
The San Francisco Fall Show is a 501(c)(3) organisation. The deductible line on each tier is a donation to the organisation.
The stay is the open line
The show publishes no room offer. A sweep of the site returns 162 pages across the page, post and ticket sitemaps, and none of them is a hotel, travel or stay page. The visit page still runs the 2021 cycle with a 2021 gala date, and the FAQ page still runs the 2019 cycle with 2019 prices.
The 2026 pages print the venue as the Festival Pavilion at Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture, 2 Marina Blvd, San Francisco CA 94109. The ticket side is fixed and non-refundable, so the room holds the whole negotiation.
The ask that fits a fixed ticket and an open room
Build the request on the dates the show prints. A Wednesday October 14 arrival for the gala and a Monday October 19 departure is five nights. A Thursday October 15 arrival for the show days and a Monday October 19 departure is four nights.
Name the venue address, so the property prices a walk to 2 Marina Blvd. Ask how the property prices Sunday, October 18 against Thursday, October 15, and let the answer carry the comparison. Ask for gala night at the weekday rate, because the gala sits on a Wednesday.
A request placed through hotelhaggle reaches 50 or more hotels in one submission, responses typically arrive within 24 to 72 hours, and the rate is paid to the hotel with no markup added.
The ladder runs from $400 at 7 p.m. to $10,000 for six at 5 p.m., and every rung carries $125 per ticket above the donation. The room has no published price.
