A $1,500 package, published in full
The Bay Area Brewers Guild publishes the SF Beer Week participation ladder on its hosting page at sfbeerweek.org. The top rung is the Official Sponsor package at $1,500. The card lists nine items: recognition as an official sponsor; logo placement on digital and print promotions; social media call outs and mentions; three VIP tickets to SF Beer Week Fest with a 20 percent discount on additional tickets up to a maximum of 20; two events elevated to feature listings; 12 listings shared across events or promotions; up to three participant profiles; additional listings at $35 each; and an option to host a table at SF Beer Week Fest.
The same page states that all packages include SF Beer Week branding and trademark usage in supporting materials. No impressions figure and no attendance guarantee sits beside it.
Price one listing at a time
Four tiers carry a price. The host starter kit at $200 carries one listing. The single location bundle at $550 carries six. The multiple location bundle at $850 carries ten. The official sponsor package at $1,500 carries 12.
Divided out, a listing costs $200 on the smallest package, $91.67 on the $550 package, $85 on the $850 package and $125 on the $1,500 package. The per-listing figure falls across the first three rungs, then rises at the $1,500 rung. The extra $650 over the $850 package buys two more listings, one more feature listing, one more Fest VIP ticket, and the recognition block with the logo placement and the social call outs.
The additional-listing rate
Additional listings cost $50 each on the three host packages and $35 each on the official sponsor package. Twelve further listings cost $600 at the host rate and $420 at the sponsor rate. That $180 gap is the clearest number behind the $1,500 rung.
The 20 percent discount on further VIP tickets cannot be valued from the site. No VIP ticket price and no general admission price is published on any page read, and the fest page's ticket link redirects to the home page with no price ladder behind it. Put that question in the written ask.
The standalone sponsor items
The same page carries six standalone sponsor items. Three are marked sold out: the $5,000 exclusive tasting glass sponsor, the $5,000 exclusive coaster display and the $1,000 shared coaster display. Three are open: stage sponsorship at SF Beer Week Fest for $1,000, brewery and taproom handouts across all participating venues for $1,000, and a new $750 add-on to host a Beer versus Everybody pairing competition with the Guild executive director, limited to four buyers.
Stage sponsorship and the handouts programme each price at $1,000, and the handouts reach hundreds of locations. The $1,500 package carries 12 dated listings, three Fest VIP tickets, two feature upgrades and the recognition block. Custom sponsorship arrangements are offered on request.
Three conditions ride on the listings
The hosting FAQ sets the terms. Only licensed parties may submit listings, which rules out a hotel or a group buyer holding no alcohol licence or permit. Independent craft breweries must be central to any listing. Distribution of materials at an SF Beer Week event is restricted to authorized parties, and unauthorized promotion of SF Beer Week is prohibited. Approval can take up to a week, and material changes after approval are limited.
The early-bird date covers three rungs
The page carries an early bird extension to January 23. The host starter kit drops from $200 to $150, the single location bundle from $550 to $450, and the multiple location bundle from $850 to $750. The official sponsor package carries no early-bird figure and stands at $1,500. A buyer timing a decision around that date is timing it around the three lower rungs.
The calendar on the site is the 2026 calendar
Every page read runs the 2026 edition. The home page reads February 20 to March 1, 2026. The fest page reads February 21, 2026 at Salesforce Park. The footer reads 2026 Bay Area Brewers Guild, the coaster item names the 2026 coaster run, and the submission deadline reads EOD Wednesday, February 18. February 18 falls on a Wednesday in 2026 and on a Thursday in 2027. The string 2027 returns no hit on any page read.
All four package buttons render as disabled with a tooltip reading that the option is no longer available. The three standalone items marked SOLD OUT carry that badge. The ladder in this article is the published 2026 benchmark, and no 2027 sheet is posted.
The room side
The words hotel, lodging, room block, accommodation, where to stay, group rate and nightly return zero hits across the home page, the hosting page, the fest page, the FAQ, the sponsors page, the participants page and the activities page. One hotel brand sits on the sponsor grid as a logo reached through a tracking link. No organiser page publishes a room offer, a group code, a cut-off date or a host property.
The fest venue is a public park at 425 Mission Street in San Francisco, and the event moves indoors at the same venue if weather turns.
Five questions to put in writing
One: what is the 2027 ladder, and is the $1,500 tier held or repriced. Two: how many of the 12 listings may be dated inside the ten-day window and how many may be ongoing promotions. Three: how many additional listings will be written at $35, and is that rate held for 2027. Four: what is the VIP ticket face value behind the 20 percent discount, and how is the 20 ticket cap applied across a group. Five: what replaced the three sold-out standalone items, and what custom arrangement is available above $1,500.
