One weekend, two days, one vendor list
The San Francisco Coffee Festival runs on Saturday November 7 and Sunday November 8, 2026 at Fort Mason Center for Arts and Culture, in the Festival Pavilion. The organiser bills it as the tenth annual edition, and as the official kickoff to the tenth annual SF Coffee Week.
The organiser answers the day question directly. You can attend Saturday or Sunday, or both, and there is no difference in the vendors for each day. The only substantive difference the page names is some of the panel talk topics and entertainment performances.
The published band, and the rungs under it
The ticket listing prints an aggregate price range for the weekend of 31.65 dollars to 109.24 dollars, and the buying widget carries the same range. Every price the widget prints includes its fee and its sales tax, so the two figures are one ladder rather than two.
Measured off the buying widget on October 14, 2026, four of the published tiers are on sale.
Saturday: General Admission Session 1 at 10am is sold out, with no tier on sale. General Admission Session 2 at 1.30pm is open at 45.53 dollars, with its 31.65 dollar Early Bird closed. VIP Early Admission for Session 1 is open at 74.77 dollars in its Final Few tier. The VIP All Day pass is open at 109.24 dollars.
Sunday: General Admission Session 1 is open at 50.56 dollars in its Final Few tier, and its 31.65, 37.97 and 45.53 dollar tiers are all closed. General Admission Session 2 is open at 37.97 dollars, with its 31.65 dollar Early Bird closed. VIP Early Admission for Session 1 is open at 63.17 dollars, with its 50.56 dollar Early Bird closed. The VIP All Day pass is still open at its 73.62 dollar early-bird tier.
The cheapest live session ticket is 45.53 dollars on Saturday and 37.97 dollars on Sunday, for the same vendors and the same venue. Saturday Session 1 has sold out at every tier.
What each pass buys
Early Admission admits the holder from 9am, an hour ahead of General Admission, and then carries the holder through the General Admission session as well. The page is explicit that it does not skip any line once inside the event, so the extra hour buys access, not priority.
The session clock runs the same both days: Early Admission 9am to 10am, General Admission Session 1 from 10am to 1pm, a service break, then General Admission Session 2 from 1.30pm to 4.30pm.
The All Day pass buys both sessions, in and out privileges, and the exclusive right to remain inside the venue during the service break between them. A limited number are available.
Coffee tastings from the vendors are included in the ticket. Food is not included and is sold separately. Reusable cups are permitted, and children under 13 need no ticket but must be accompanied by an adult.
Final sale, and the refund route that has already closed
The organiser ticket page states the term in four words: this offer is final sale and nonrefundable. The same page states that a pass is valid only for the session purchased, that it must be redeemed within those hours or forfeited, and that service stops fifteen minutes before each session ends.
The listing prints one softer line, a refund policy reading refunds up to 30 days before the event. Thirty days before November 7 is October 8, so that window closed six days before this was written.
The 48-hour wall on changing your session
The organiser prints the transfer term in full: transfer of session times is at the organiser discretion, and is never permitted within 48 hours of the event start time.
The event starts at 9am on Saturday November 7. Forty-eight hours before that is 9am on Thursday November 5. Before that clock a session change is a request the organiser may decline. After it, the session printed on the pass is the session the holder attends.
Buy the smaller session ticket, hold the All Day difference
The All Day premium is the number to weigh, and it is not uniform across the weekend. On Saturday the gap between the cheapest live session ticket and the All Day pass is 63.71 dollars, being 109.24 against 45.53. On Sunday the same gap is 35.65 dollars, being 73.62 against 37.97.
Saturday All Day has already consumed its 73.62 dollar early-bird rung, so it now costs 109.24. Sunday All Day is still sitting on its 73.62 dollar early-bird rung. The same upgrade costs 35.62 dollars less on the Sunday.
The reading is to buy the smaller session ticket first, and hold the All Day difference until a seat need is stated. That premium buys the second session, in and out privileges and the service break, and nothing if nobody stays for the second session.
If both sessions are genuinely needed, buy All Day now. The early-bird rungs on Saturday are gone, and the session-change route closes on Thursday November 5.
The room side is published as a vacancy
The organiser answers the hotel question with a statement of absence. The page reads: thinking about staying over, we are looking for an official hotel partner for 2026. No block, no booking code, no rate and no cut-off date is published.
There is no organiser rate to undercut and no deadline to beat, so the room decision belongs to the buyer. The platform this desk covers sends one offer to 50 or more hotels at once across 103,857 or more properties in 46 states, returns accept, counter or decline within 24 to 72 hours, and adds no commission to the agreed rate.
The calendar runs against the buyer. The festival nights are Saturday and Sunday, and the platform names Sunday through Thursday as the shoulder band where nights run 20 to 30 percent below peak nights. Build the ask on the room count rather than on the calendar.
The venue address is 2 Marina Blvd, San Francisco. The organiser venue page gives the ZIP code as 94123 and the ticket listing prints 94109, so confirm the postcode before booking.
