Sisel International brings its 20th anniversary corporate convention to the Tampa Convention Center from Thursday Jan. 21 to Saturday Jan. 23, 2027. The City of Tampa card reads Thu, Jan 21 2027, 7am to Sat, Jan 23 2027, 11:59pm. That line is the listing window, and the card publishes no session grid.
The venue holds 600,000 square feet across four floors, carries a 17,000 guest capacity and sits 16 minutes from the airport on the downtown Riverwalk. The card describes brand updates, educational sessions and networking, closing with an awards gala and dinner.
The window sets the night count
The run opens at 7 a.m. Thursday and closes at 11:59 p.m. Saturday. A delegate in the room before the opening hour needs the Wednesday night. A delegate who stays to the closing dinner needs the Saturday night. That gives four nights Wednesday through Saturday, or three from Thursday.
The card carries no door time for the gala, so confirm the dinner with the organiser before you fix the Saturday night.
Twenty-four addresses, counted
The venue hotel page carries 27 entries covering 26 distinct properties. Twenty-three of them carry a published distance of 4.1 miles or less. Add the one entry that publishes a connection in place of a distance and the page lists 24 distinct addresses at the venue or inside 4.1 miles.
Every entry carries a phone number. Le Méridien Tampa, The Courthouse appears twice, at 0.7 miles and again at 1 mile. The page also prints The Barrymore at 1.4 miles above Home2 Suites at 1.1 miles, so read each number rather than the running order.
The ask: match the shortest published walk
Two properties sit at 0.2 miles. Tampa Marriott Water Street is at 700 S. Florida Ave. and (813) 221-4900. JW Marriott Tampa Water Street is at 505 Water Street and (813) 221-4950. Those two carry the shortest walk on the page.
Put that distance in the request and send it to the addresses on the list. Ask each property to match the shortest published walk before you concede a Saturday night. The measure comes from a city page, so the comparison rests on a public document.
Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Downtown Convention Center holds the one entry without a distance. The page prints 513 S. Florida Ave. with the note connected to the Convention Center via Sky Bridge. Ask that property what it charges for the connected walk.
The ladder below the 0.2-mile pair
The Westin Tampa Waterside sits at 0.3 miles, at 725 S. Harbour Island Blvd. and (813) 229-5000. Four properties sit at 0.5 miles, and eight distinct addresses sit between 0.6 and 1 mile.
Three addresses sit between 1.1 and 1.4 miles: Home2 Suites Channel District at 1.1, The Knickerbocker by Delphius at 1.2 and The Barrymore Hotel Tampa Riverwalk at 1.4. The Ybor City cluster begins at 2 miles with Hampton Inn and Suites and Hotel Haya, then Hilton Garden Inn Tampa Ybor Historic District at 2.3.
Epicurean Hotel, Autograph Collection sits at 2.5 miles and Aloft and Element Tampa Midtown at 4.1. Tampa Airport Marriott sits at 8.4 miles and Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Brandon at 9 miles.
The parking ladder publishes two prices
The garage at 141 E. Brorein Street holds 454 spaces with 11 ADA spaces and a 6 foot 6 inch height limit. The published event rate runs $5.00 to $50.00. The non-event rate is $3 per hour with a daily maximum of $18. Pam Iorio at 301 Channelside Drive, Fort Brooke at 107 N. Franklin Street and William F. Poe at 802 N. Ashley Drive carry the same two ladders.
Two lots price lower off event hours. The Selmon Expressway West lot at 201 S. Ashley Drive and Twiggs Street at 901 E. Twiggs Street run a $2 hourly non-event rate with a $14 maximum. Front Drive offers 36 metered spaces at $4 an hour from 8 a.m. to midnight, with no overnight parking.
Four nights cost $20 to $200 on the event ladder, $72 at the $18 non-event cap and $56 at the $14 cap. The venue page marks each ladder subject to the event, so ask for the tier in writing.
Hold Saturday back
Send the Thursday and Friday nights first and hold the Saturday night for the second exchange. The gala closes the published run at 11:59 p.m., so a delegate who attends it needs that night.
Ask for Saturday at the same nightly rate as the weeknights and get that term in writing.
The organiser publishes no housing page
sisel.net carries shop, science, about, opportunity and account navigation, plus customer-care and policy pages in its footer. No events page, no travel page and no convention page appears on the site.
The city card carries the only published record of the convention. It marks the event Free/Open to the public as Yes while describing a gathering of dealers and partners. Ask for written confirmation of who may attend before quoting group terms.
Florida sits on the hotelhaggle restricted list
hotelhaggle.org's seller-of-travel page, last updated 21 October 2026, states the platform cannot process hotel booking requests from residents of, or for travel to, Florida, Hawaii, Iowa or Washington. The page states the restriction applies across grouprooms.org, hotelhaggle.org, hotelslots.org, bookmyteam.org and partners.hotelhuddle.com.
A Tampa room request through the platform is out of reach for that reason. Run these terms direct with the property.
hotelhaggle's how-it-works page describes the request the platform runs where it can trade: one submission reaches 50+ hotels in the destination, offers return in 24 to 72 hours with no obligation to book, and most hotels offer group rates for 10+ rooms per night, with some discounting from 5 rooms depending on season and availability.
What to send
Five terms carry the leverage the venue list gives a buyer. Name a rate expiry, because no organiser cut-off applies. Quote the 0.2-mile distance and ask each property to match it. State four nights Wednesday through Saturday, or three from Thursday. Hold Saturday for the second exchange. Ask for the event parking rate in writing.
The room rate is the one figure no page carries. Every other number here sits on the city, venue or brand pages, and the buyer supplies the rate.
