Four Nights and Five Days on Site

Spectrum Miami runs December 2 to 6, 2026, at Mana Wynwood, 2217 NW 5th Avenue at NW 22nd Street, Miami 33127. Red Dot Miami runs the same dates at the same address.

Wednesday December 2 is a preview day. A VIP and press preview runs 5 pm to 6 pm. The opening night preview runs 6 pm to 9 pm. Entry requires a guest to be 21 years old or accompanied by an adult.

The public floor opens Thursday at noon. It runs to 8 pm Thursday through Saturday. It closes at 6 pm Sunday.

A Wednesday arrival with a Sunday checkout books four nights. The guest is on site for one preview evening, four show days and the Sunday close.

The Fair Publishes No Room Rate

The accommodations section of the Spectrum page sends guests to consumer booking sites. The page carries no nightly rate, no cut-off date and no room block. Redwood Art Group states there that it is not affiliated with any booking site and cannot act as an intermediary.

The attendee FAQ page carries twelve questions. None of them carries a hotel, a rate or a parking line.

Parking Sets the Value of a Walkable Rate

Onsite parking costs $33 plus tax on every day of the run. Payment is due at entry. The ticket covers 12 hours and carries no overnight privilege and no in and out privilege. The lot runs first come, first served.

A guest who drives in on the preview evening and on each of the four show days buys five parking tickets. The bill is $165 before tax. The car has to leave the lot inside the 12 hours, so the vehicle moves every night.

A property within walking distance of the fair door removes five parking purchases from the stay. That saving belongs in the same sum as the nightly rate.

A Published Room Ladder for the Same Week

Art Miami sells four downtown properties through its housing partner under the cycle code art-miami-context-2026-am26. The cards were read on October 18, 2026. The campus that block serves sits at One Herald Plaza, 1.55 road miles from the Mana Wynwood door on OpenStreetMap routing.

Yve Hotel Miami at 146 Biscayne Boulevard lists a Savvy King at $169 and a Savvy Double at $189. The card carries a three-night minimum, a window of November 29 to December 9, and a $25 resort fee waived for clients of that partner.

Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay at 1633 North Bayshore Drive lists Run of House at $379 for December 1 to December 6. The card carries a $30 destination fee a night plus tax, self-parking at $42 a car a day and valet at $47.

Hotel Beaux Arts lists a King Deluxe at $529 through a Bay View Suite at $654. JW Marriott Marquis lists a Deluxe at $499 through a Bay View Suite at $624. Both sit at 255 Biscayne Boulevard Way on a window of November 30 to December 6. Both charge a $35 destination fee a night plus tax, $57.83 a vehicle a day in valet, and a one-night minimum.

Miami-Dade city tax runs 13 percent at all four.

Four Nights at Each Published Rate

Each total covers the room rate, the 13 percent city tax and the nightly fee for December 2 to December 6.

Yve Savvy King: $676 room rate, $87.88 tax, $763.88 total, or $190.97 a night.

Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay: $1,516 room rate, $197.08 tax, $135.60 in destination fee, $1,848.68 total.

JW Marriott Marquis Deluxe: $1,996 room rate, $259.48 tax, $158.20 in fee, $2,413.68 total.

Hotel Beaux Arts King Deluxe: $2,116 room rate, $275.08 tax, $158.20 in fee, $2,549.28 total.

The Yve total and the JW Marriott Marquis total stand $1,649.80 apart across four nights.

Three Dates That Decide the Booking

Yve makes all nights plus tax non-refundable on November 11. That date falls on a Wednesday.

Beaux Arts and JW Marriott Marquis make one night plus tax non-refundable on November 18. That date falls on a Wednesday.

Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay makes one night plus tax non-refundable on November 20. That date falls on a Friday.

The three dates sit twelve days to three weeks before the preview evening. A four-night commitment placed before November 11 holds the $169 tier at Yve. The same commitment placed after that date holds a non-refundable room.

The Asks That Move This Window

Move the cancellation date. Ask for the November 20 term that one property in the block already publishes.

Waive the nightly fee. A $30 fee adds 17.8 percent to a $169 room. A $35 fee adds 7 percent to a $499 room, before tax.

Fold parking into the rate. Fair parking runs $165 before tax across five visits. Block valet runs $261.39 across four nights at Beaux Arts and JW Marriott Marquis. Self-parking runs $168 across four days at Biscayne Bay.

Price a Thursday arrival. Three nights from December 3 to December 6 cover the four show days and the Sunday close. At the Yve rate that stay prices at $507 in room rate and $572.91 in total, inside the three-night minimum.

The Florida Route

hotelhaggle publishes a name-your-price service across 46 states. Its Seller of Travel page, last updated October 18, 2026, lists Florida among four states where the company cannot process hotel booking requests. Hawaii, Iowa and Washington sit on the same list. The page cites seller-of-travel registration and a surety bond as the cause.

groupRooms carries the same four-state notice on its own Seller of Travel page.

A Miami booking runs through the property or through a booking site. The negotiation runs against the published ladder above.
