The run and the stay
The Pacific Northwest Sportsmen's Show runs February 17 to 21, 2027 at the Portland Expo Center, 2025 North Expo Road, Portland, Oregon 97217. Halls A, B, C, D and E carry the show. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday open at 11 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. Saturday runs 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday runs 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Marketplace Events produces the show, and the show team answers at 503-246-8291.
A visitor who works the whole run books four nights, Wednesday February 17 to Sunday February 21, and leaves after the Sunday close. A Sunday night extends the stay to Monday morning.
The numbers the promoter publishes
The gate: adults 18 and older pay $20.00, a two-day pass costs $32.00 and works on any two days, and juniors 17 and under enter free. Active and retired military, veterans, police, fire and first responders pay $12.00 with valid ID at the box office, and the rate extends to one family member.
Parking runs $15 per space per entry in the main lot, without in-and-out privileges. The overflow lot at Portland International Raceway charges $15 per vehicle per entry in cash or by card and runs a free shuttle that stops 45 minutes after the show closes. The MAX Yellow Line serves the Expo Center station on a 30-minute ride from downtown Portland.
Floor space lists at $1,600 a booth, furnished with 8-foot backwall drapes, 3-foot sidewall drapes and one 5-amp outlet. Bulk space lists at $4.00 a square foot with no drapes or dividers. The promoter sells exhibitor passes as run-of-show passes only.
What the trip costs outside the room
Five single days at $20 cost $100. Two passes cover four days at $64, and the fifth day adds $20, so the run comes to $84 at the gate.
Four lot entries run $60 for a visitor who drives in and out each day. A car that stays at the property and moves once pays $15.
An exhibitor who commits $1,600 for floor space has already priced the trip. The gate and the lot add $144 over the run, and the room is the line still open.
The two host hotels
The promoter's host hotels section names Oxford Suites at 12226 N Jantzen Dr, Portland, Oregon 97217, on 503-283-3030, and Fairfield Inn at 1200 N Anchor Way, Portland, Oregon 97217, on 503-286-6336. The section states that downloadable flyers carrying rates and contact details arrive closer to showtime.
Both numbers reach a front desk that can quote the four dates.
Four terms to get in writing
Ask for the rate on a Wednesday February 17 arrival and a Sunday February 21 departure. Ask whether the property charges for parking and at what nightly figure, against $15 per space at the Expo lot. Ask whether the property runs a shuttle to the site.
Ask for the cut-off date on the rate. Ask what a Thursday arrival does to the price, since a Thursday start covers four show days and drops one night. Ask what the cancellation term does to a changed arrival day.
Put one number in the offer
hotelhaggle sends an offer to every qualified hotel in the destination. Hotels respond within 24 to 72 hours, and the buyer carries no obligation to accept a reply.
The offer names four nights, the $60 of lot entries, the $84 of gate and the floor space already paid. A property that cannot move the nightly rate can absorb the $60 lot charge instead.
Oregon sits outside the four states listed on the seller-of-travel page, which are Florida, Hawaii, Iowa and Washington.
