Two days, two clocks, one address
The Tampa Greek Festival runs Friday, November 6, 2026 from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday, November 7, 2026 from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The festival home page prints both windows under the parish name and the address: St John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church, 2418 W Swann Ave, Tampa, FL 33609. The parish home page carries the same weekend as a save-the-date.
The two windows give 17 hours of festival, six on Friday and eleven on Saturday. The event description puts the run at over 40 years with thousands of visitors each year.
The price list the organiser publishes
The menu control serves a PDF that prices every item. Main dishes run from $16 for the Greek vegetarian platter to $25 for the lamb shank and the Greek combo platter. The document states that all main dishes include rice, Greek-style green beans and bread.
A la carte runs from $2 for rice pilaf to $8 for four keftethes. Spanakopita prices at $6 and a Greek salad at $13, with a side salad at $6. The grill prices a gyro at $13, chicken or pork souvlaki at $13, seasoned fries at $7 and bottled water at $3. The bakery runs single items from $2 to $12, and a pastry combo at $20.
What a party spends before it books a room
Those figures size a weekend. Four gyros at $13 come to $52. Four combo platters at $25 come to $100, and each of them carries rice, green beans and bread by the document line above. The spread between the two orders is $48.
The span between the lowest and highest published food price is $23, from the $2 rice pilaf to the $25 lamb shank. The home page carries no admission line, no ticket and no dollar figure.
Where the parking map stops
The parking control serves a one-page map with six numbered points. Guest parking enters from S. Moody Ave behind the second building on the right. Takeout parking enters from S. Moody Ave behind the corner building. Disabled and elderly parking sits at Regions Bank, 2405 W. Swann Ave. Three further guest lots sit at WealthTrust at Raymond James, 706 S. Moody Ave; FL Urology Partners, 601 S. Armenia Ave; and Children's Nest Day School, 2601 W. De Leon St.
Six points, four street addresses and no dollar figure. The map prices nothing. The FAQ adds a dropoff and pickup route for ride services at the rear parking lot, reached by turning south onto S. Moody Ave from W. Swann Ave.
The year on each document
Two of the documents carry a prior cycle. The menu file reads MENU 25 and its pages print no year. The schedule file reads schedule-2025 and its pages are headed 2025 church tour, dance and choir schedule.
The festival page itself carries the 2026 dates. A buyer pricing the November 6 and 7 weekend reads a 2026 date line over a document set named for 2025.
The Saturday run in the published schedule
The 2025 schedule ran Friday November 7 and Saturday November 8. Friday opened with the Parea Dance Group at 6:30 pm and closed with the Panigyri Dance Group techno set at 8:30 pm. Saturday ran from 12:30 pm to an 8:30 pm close, with church tours at 1:00 and 3:30 pm and a choral presentation by the St. John Choir at 3:30.
November 7, 2025 was a Friday and November 8, 2025 a Saturday. The 2026 dates fall on the same two weekdays, one day earlier in the month. No 2026 tour or dance time is published.
The two nights
Friday runs to 10 p.m. and Saturday to 10 p.m., so a stay that takes in both evenings runs Friday November 6 and Saturday November 7 with a Sunday November 8 checkout. That is two nights, and a Sunday checkout keeps a room for both.
The pages read here carry no hotel rate, no room block and no cut-off date on any night. The only published prices on the estate are the menu figures above.
Where the request goes
Florida sits on the restricted list at hotelhaggle.org. The seller-of-travel page, last updated October 22, 2026, records that the company is not registered as a Florida Seller of Travel under Chapter 559, Florida Statutes. The restriction names grouprooms.org, hotelhaggle.org, hotelslots.org, bookmyteam.org and partners.hotelhuddle.com.
A Tampa buyer sends the request straight to the property. Questions on the rule go to compliance@hotelhuddle.com.
The record to hold
Two dated windows, one address in the 33609 postal code, a food ladder from $2 to $25, six parking points with no charge printed, and a document set named for the prior cycle. From October 22, 2026 the Friday sits 15 days out.
Ask a nearby property what Friday November 6 and Saturday November 7 cost with a Sunday checkout, ask for the parking charge as its own line, and ask for the cancellation date in writing. The festival has published the food. The room price is the line to fill.
