Hack Your Health runs Friday 13 November to Sunday 15 November 2026 at the Tampa Convention Center, 333 S Franklin St. The organiser sells three pass tiers, publishes a sold-out host block and lists nine hotels inside a mile that carry no group rate. A buyer who wants a room for the weekend has one published number to work from and nine addresses to price.
The block that closed
The host property is the Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa at 513 South Florida Ave, connected to the convention centre. The published rate is $239 a night with no discount code. The lodging page marks the block SOLD OUT and leaves the rate, the address and the phone number 813-769-8300 in place.
Anyone who did book the block gets a free 3 Day Core Access Pass for the 2027 show. The terms are narrow. The pass has no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred to another attendee, and an unclaimed pass does not carry over.
Nine properties, no published rate
The overflow list runs Tampa Marriott Water Street and JW Marriott Tampa Water Street at about 0.2 miles, Westin Tampa Downtown Waterside and Hilton Tampa Downtown at about 0.3, Hyatt Place Tampa Downtown, Hyatt House Tampa Downtown, Aloft Tampa Downtown and ROOST Tampa at about 0.4, and Courtyard by Marriott Tampa Downtown at about 0.7. The page states that none of the nine sits in a discounted Hack Your Health block.
No rate, room type, cancellation term, cut-off date or room count appears beside any of the nine. One distance moves. The lodging page puts Hilton Tampa Downtown at 0.3 miles and the venue page puts it at 0.5, and the same organiser publishes both pages.
Two costs a buyer can remove
The TECO Line Streetcar is free and connects downtown, Sparkman Wharf and Ybor City. Stop 10 is Dick Greco Plaza, across from the convention centre front drive. A room on the line turns the trip to the door into a zero-cost ride, and Ybor City sits on the same line.
Parking is the second line, and the organiser answers the question with its own figure. The FAQ states that the connected garage charges hourly or a maximum of $15 a day. The city's rate table publishes a different set. Non-event parking runs $3 an hour with an $18 daily maximum at the Convention Center, Pam Iorio, Fort Brooke and Poe garages, and $2 an hour with a $14 maximum at Twiggs Street and the Selmon West lot. On an event day the city charges a flat $5 to $50 at six facilities, and that flat rate replaces the hourly table.
Two nights at the organiser's $15 figure cost $30. Two nights at the city maximum cost $36, and the same two nights at the top of the event range run to $100. Pre-paid parking is not available, and the organiser states that rates vary by event.
The ask
The show clock is Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 8 a.m. to 3.30 p.m., and the city calendar opens the event at 7 a.m. Friday. A Thursday arrival costs one night more than a Friday arrival and covers every session in Ballroom A-D.
Quote the Friday-to-Sunday window at all nine addresses before committing. Ask for four answers in writing: the nightly rate, the room type behind it, the cancellation date, and the parking charge at the property. None of the four appears on the organiser site, so the answer becomes the only record of what the stay costs.
The attendance line is 2,000-plus health seekers, with 80-plus brands, 60-plus speakers and 10 movement classes. The city calendar describes an expo hall of 100-plus exhibitors. Ask what the rate does if the show sells out.
The ticket side of the bill
The 3 Day Core Access Pass is $397 against a $597 door price. The 1 Day Core Pass is $197 and admits one chosen day. The VIP Experience Pass is $1,197, limited to 100 people, and carries front-row seating, the lounge, evening events and complimentary convention centre parking.
The refund page is absolute: Hack Your Health does not issue refunds under any circumstances. A ticket can go to another person, and the organiser accommodates transfers until 1 November 2026 on a written request with the confirmation number and the new holder's name, email and mobile number.
Nine addresses and one published rate is the leverage. Price every address, put the four questions in writing, and the sold-out block stops setting the figure.
